Good hotel at the center of Madrid but in a very noisy street. Fridays and Saturdays could be noisy or fun, depending what are you looking for.

Excelent location, rooms on the side of too small! Very walkable area and connected to public transportation.

Arrived on the day of the power outage. Unable to access elevator. Staff was very helpful with getting luggage up to fourth floor. Breakfast was always very plentiful and varied. Especially like the fresh orange juice. Our room was a very awkward shape which made maneuvering around the bed difficult. There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway and elevator.

Excelente ubicación

The hotel’s location was excellent-just a short walk to the historic part of the city. Both the breakfast and service were great as well. However, the major downside was the extreme noise and loud music that lasted until 3-4 AM every night. Since the hotel is located on a corner surrounded by nightlife and entertainment venues, it was nearly impossible to get any sleep. Unfortunately, we couldn’t sleep until around 4 AM each night of our stay. Perhaps it is more suitable for younger travelers without children.

This properly needed more attention. The way to the room smell really bad . The noise from the bar next to it did not let you sleep. The room sleep like something died. The breakfast was limited. No scramble eggs . No good coffee and the boiled eggs look like they were reheated from from the day before.

Room was very small, bathroom very small, no amenities included, paper thin walls, noise from other rooms, we were on the 4th floor and noise from pubs on the street required earplugs, and noise continued until 7am. No refrigerator. Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly but not proactive.

Room was basic - internet connection was pretty bad. The staff at reception except the Filipino guy was actually friendly. The breakfast staff need new jobs or stay away from watching you eat and what you put on your plate. Would I come back? No thanks.

Hotel Madrisol is moderately priced and in an excellent location for access to all the major sites in Central Madrid. There are many local restaurants close by within 5 minutes walking from the hotel as well as small markets for quick groceries / snacks if needed. A/C works well. There is a nightclub across the street so there is some party noise at night but not excessive.

It is a very basic hotel, no frills whatsoever in the lobby, hallways, room etc. I felt like the room was clean, the shower had good water pressure and hot water. It was actually a bigger room than I had in many other European cities. I also had a door that opened onto a tiny little balcony, didnt expect that, it was a nice surprise. The desk staff asked me to leave my key with them when I went out, I said no thank you, they said ok. They were nice overall. The free breakfast was totally serviceable and the women who work there are great. Fresh squeezed OJ and coffee is included. The exact street the hotel is on has a lot of nightclubs and pushy people that try to usher you in, but you can just ignore them. Other than that, the location is great, super close to Plaza del Sol, a million restaurants near the hotel, many open very late. If you are not looking for any frills in your hotel room and care more about location and a great price, Id recommend this hotel.

It has a great localization but rooms are super small and the shower is small too even for only one person. No A/C and it’s to loud outside to leave the window open. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good
