Super, nice

Our maisonette was huge. Towels and bedding changed frequently but the floors were not swept meaning sandy beds a few days. I would happily of brushed them had there been a brush. The aircon upstairs was brilliant. Downstairs was ancient and needs replacing. The cover actually fell of the wall onto my daughters bed! Breakfast was better earlier on around 9ish. You cpukd always get a sunbed too which is a bonus. Bar prices were similar to town and snack menu was good. It was a little too far out for us though but on the flipside it offered peace and quiet.

Night reception didn't know where rooms were so took us the longest, most complicated way to the rooms. Once there rooms were on different floors. Front door would only shut if slammed. Nice breakfast, plenty of sun loungers. Pool was clean and great temperature

Facilities were decent and our stay was mostly comfortable. Nicely situated close to many beaches and restaurants. Staff were very accommodating and always ready to help. Many families choose this place for a reason as it's kid-friendly and has a variety of things for all ages to do from mini golf to football, ping pong, basketball and a few pools for all abilities. Only down side for us was the air con not working properly in one of the bedrooms making it uncomfortable to sleep in.

This hotel is wonderful for families. The rooms allow lots of space to spread out. The resort provided activities every night and a great breakfast every morning.My husband and I liked enjoying happy hour playing games by the pool while our daughter played with other kids she met at the resort. Each night we would walk the 5 minutes to get to lots of restaurants and shops. The beach was only about a 5 minute walk beyond that. Many excursions will pick you up from this hotel, so it made experiencing Crete very convenient. The hotel itself is a great value. Will return for sure.

Friendly staff clean good location good food

This hotel was good value for money. and what you'd expect for the cost except for the staff who were very, very good. They were friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. I travelled here with my elderly parents to get them settled in and I have confidence that they will be looked after well now that they they're on their now. There is a hill from the road to the reception; vehicles are not allowed to drive up to reception. There are steps all over the place and thus those with mobility difficulties may find this challenging.

Whilst my stay at Anastasia Hotel was a short stay, I was made to feel welcome and all the staff from the receptions bar staff and including the gardener and room staff were polite and helpful. I believe the staff are the key to my excellent stay and wonderful break. Thank you.

The whole experience was a pleasant one. Hotel on bus route,not far to beach,exceptionally clean, food pretty good, hygiene standards excellent, staff very helpful and pleasant, would recommend persons with walking dissabilities to hire a car as bus stop and town are not directly outside.

This is my second time at hotel Anastasia in Crete. It is a 3 star hotel with 5 star hospitality! It may not be big and flashy but what it lacks in extras, it truly makes up for in character, cleanliness and friendliness. It was the first time for my daughter and she loved it, there was just enough things for her to do, we didn't use the kids club but the person who runs it is friendly and it was there if we needed it. For the money the hotel is a real gem of a place. We will be back!

We arrived with no expectations, due to few negative reviewes. Thought to stay only one night, after the flight. Our first experience with Michael (the manager) and Manos, was extraordinary: they received us with a big smile and warmth. As if we were their only guests. All the staff gave us a feeling of home. The food was good and in generous amount. We were surprised to find out, that every night there was a classy entertainment. Along with the pleasent guests, the atmosphere was calm and happy. So we decided to stay the hole vacation at Anastasia. After a great holiday in beautiful Crete, we will come again and to the same hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. One of the best hotels I've stayed at (if not the best). Great food (breakfast and dinner) with a good mix of Greek & food you know. Excellent value. Stayed in early May and it was very relaxing. Can only say good things, but don't forget to get instruction how to get there, as there are many hotels in the area. My GPS didn't help much, until after... I will be back for sure.

Ottima struttura. Tempo per colazione da prolungare almeno di un ora. Meglio fino alle 11.30. Tutto il resto ok.
