Location is good. But very untidy room. No sealed bottled water. Smelly odor in the room. TV is just black and white. Slippers are used and has a of stain.

Good, very like. Breakfast is very good. Everyone, good service, smiling, big bedroom, big pool suite must go back. But no one is on the door Must open in and out The door is very heavy.

I have family trip on siem reap, stay for 2 nights.... This hotel have a great service, good manner staff, room clean, hot water good, bathtub clean, also all the amenities quite.complete... Location near the night market, so easy by walk... Thank you for your excellent service....

The best hotel service I've experienced in 43 years of international travel. Romans are spacious, clean, comfortable bed. The restaurant is a standout as well. Incredible quality and pricing. I have recommended to friends on my Facebook.

Well travelled and stayed at many establishments but this is an absolute standout. Every staff member is 10/10 I specially want to mention the world class restaurant, Norwegian Salmon & massive Australian Rib-eye steak ! Perfect location, great pool, outstanding service. When next at Siem Reap, the Memoire will be my only choice.

Perfect is not enough to explain the feeling while I am staying here. All staffs, I can guarantee all, are incredible helpful and nice. Every consultation that I made is beyond my expectation because of the worth and precise information. The service is expensive than the price so I believe this hotel is the best choice for visiting Cambodia. The location was not far from many attractive spots and food.
