Rooms was so dirty and very bad smell,need to wait 2 days for them to clean the room and remove tye smells,pillows stinks,some small pillows like you cannot sleep on them.air conditionds doesnt cool like need to be is hot all night and they do noise loke airplane cannot sleep,after you do a shower all water is going inside to room.some workers on concegience cabs are supposed to help us but they try to scam us offering a day at supposed “vip area” wich doesnt look like that but the best from that area was the kids pool,he said they will do some question and and is our choice to buy the package or not if not we can enjoy the vip area pool for that day.after i didnt accept to buy it cause was a waste like discounts in future with them he send us at office wich he named boss,after that cames a guy with orange costume hwo looking more like construction worker not like a boss,he said no we cannot stay there after we spend 90 minutes with them,i said to him that he waste our day there and i will complain this to expedia he told me that they dont care for expedia cause was not their priority,they was looking a part of management of resort.workers was good can’t complain about them but management is nothing and not doing their job,pool is very dirty and smells,my kids had infections.show team was good they try to make people happy with what they had.very old resort i will not reccomend is not what you see in picture is more old,for me i will do more search when resort was build.

The property is extremely run down & the staff is very rude. It didn't matter if we tipped or not they were typically grumpy. We had to fight for towels in our room on a daily base even though we left a tip for the maid. Would not recommend this resort at all, we are really disappointed.

Stuff barely speaks English, for the requests would say , will bring in 10 minutes and never come, door bell guy was supposed to come in to pick up language in certain time - never came in and then found me waiting for the taxi and was mad that I complained for him not to show up. The situation at the beach is really bad, it’s a seaweed apocalypse, never seen so much seaweed in my life, piles and piles, impossible to swimm

pool is excellent, entertainment was excellent, all employees super professional, the Hostel is so beautiful only i don't like was the algae in the beach.

This was the worst place we have stayed in our lives ! Restaurants were super dirty to the point we couldn’t eat . Stuff didn’t speak English or understand anything , and so many more … We tried changing our hotel but unfortunately couldn’t so it turned out to be the worst vacation ever

The property was good. Some of the areas were not clean. I think that for being a big hotel they should offer a little bit more of night life entertainment. But overall service was good.

Pool closes at 6 pm. (Too early) Too much smoking everywhere Food was ok. Servers for drinks were too slow. Bad smell caused by seaweed. We couldn’t even get into beach water.

Had a great trip

Ada, gabriel, abel ,Yokeiki and Frady were the very best , helping with every situations. Very friendly and patience in all 5 days my family journey. We definitely be back!!!
