The location is near the bus station so it 's easy to travel around Kyoto as most tourist places can be accessed by bus. There are 2 supermarkets just across the hotel.

3Rd time staying in this hotel, favorite hotel to stay at Kyoto. There 's conbini few steps away, supermarket across it also. Walkable distance to Kyoto shopping area and few tourist attractions. No daily room cleaning but can request for new towel everday. Most receptionist here can speak English also.

I really like Kyoto The school is near the bus stop, not near the train, but most of them travel by bus, very convenient, there are family marts, there are a lot of restaurants. I really like it. The price is cheap too.

It was a nice experience to stay at this hotel, it is near from bus station, and the central shopping experience. It is 5 minutes walking from subway station too. They have a lot of good restaurant too around this hotel. The size of the hotel is quite good compared with other hotel in kyoto.

The school is easy to find on the road, not far from the train station. Take the subway 2 stations or the bus.

Actually the place of the hotel was okay but in my opinion the hotel was so old and a lot of stuff on the hallway outside of my room and the toilet, the handle in the bath tub a bit rusty

It is convenient hotel, near bus stop, shopping street and local train station but it is really far for JR train station.

This hotel is very easy to reach from Kyoto Station. Take bus number 26 from Kyoto Station then walk 5 minutes. The breakfast menu is also delicious. Recommended stay here

Arriving at the hotel before the check-in hours and the hotel staff are happy to store the suitcase first. The receptionist is friendly and can speak English well. The hotel is quiet and the windows are soundproof, the rooms are small, especially for 2 adults but we didn't have a problem because the price was very cheap for this strategic hotel. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Bottled drinking is not available but only a few steps to family mart. 10 minutes walk to Shijo Station (Karasuma Line) and 20 minutes to Nijo Kyoto Station. 10/10 will return to this hotel.

Comfortable minimalist hotel, friendly hotel crew, only got lost when looking for a hotel, the Smile hotel writing was hidden, the landmark was the hotel opposite it.
