Good location for tourists. Friendly staff. Overall good but not great. Walls so thin you could hear your neighbor's phone vibrate. Rooms could use paint.

Room was very clean and serviced daily. Staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent - wide choice of food and drinks running from 7.30-11 am. Well positioned in easy walking distance of all the attractions within the city area. Very affordable hotel.

The Hotel Post is a great place to stay, it is so close to everything that you would want. The room is very clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good has a lot to choose from. The staff was really nice. We never had to use the air conditioning as it was the right temperature. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location and makes it easy to see the tourist sites, have several dining options nearby and also lots of shopping. The rooms were clean and a decent size. The breakfast was good and had good options. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I would book this hotel again whenever I’m back in Vienna.

Convenient location close to both the tram and the metro. Clean, with comfortable beds. Plentiful breakfast included, standard quality but plentiful variety. Historical building, upgraded baths, quiet.

It is a big, stately hotel, surrounded by grandiose buildings. Very typical for Vienna. Breakfast matches the building in its scale. Wi-Fi is capricious at best.

I was charged twice! DO NOT stay at this hotel. I had a reservation & was told that I canceled it, yet I stayed at the hotel! I have a receipt that states “PAID” & 2 months later, I was charged again!! Still fighting this double charge

Clean room but the pillow was not very comfortable but the hotel changed it for me instantly The location was perfect The room a bit small but ok for one person Otherwise everything was great

The hotel's location was perfect. Everything else is good. I will recommend this hotel. Will surely book again in the future.

Chambre style ancien, assez d'espace mais mal isolé. Le coin de douche est minuscule. Le petit déjeuner est juste ok, il y a du choix mais qualité très moyenne.

The room was decent with old furniture unfortunately room service was not provided nor the towels were changed we have to request it also the kitchen manager was very rude when I asked her not to put different utensils in the same plate to avoid cross contamination she did not want to do it at first until I showed her it is a government regulation for food safety the guys who work at the front desk were excellent and very helpful

Main pluses. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There was a wide selection of food on offer at breakfast. The hotel is well situated, close to many visitor attractions, restaurants and transport links. We found no real negatives and would, therefore, have no hesitation recommending this hotel.
