The Hotel was just great location the room and the best part was Super Mario host who exceeded our expectations from making sure we had everything in our room to helping with directions to suggesting dining options, he was just Great! I would definitely stay there again. We have driven most of Italy and staying at I’ll Tiglio Hotel was one of our most special memories. We will miss having our breakfast with Mario

The Tiglio was wonderful!! The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Mario & Massimo take good care of their guests, between homemade breakfasts and general care for their guests, customer service is exceptional. I was sad to leave but hope to visit again!

Owner was extremely helpful. Room and common areas were tastefully decorated. Breakfast included excellent coffee, delicious homemade pastries and freshly-squeezed orange juice.

Mario and Massimo welcomed us into their hotel as if we were family. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Mario was very helpful with recommending someone to help me find information on my family that originated from Castel Di Sangro. That was the reason we traveled to the town and made the difference in our trip to Italy. The hotel, town and the people we met, makes me feel proud to say that my family is from this town. We will be traveling back to Castel Di Sangro many times to continue our search for my family history. We will only stay at Il Tiglio Hotel with Mario and Massimo because they are so welcoming and helpful. Great Hotel in a beautiful town. I highly recommend Il Tiglio when staying in castel Di Sangro. We had a wonderful visit at Il Tiglio -- the owners were exceptionally kind and caring and took care of every need -- no request was a problem. We were traveling with our young daughter and they kindly provided milk in our hotel room for her and made special dinner arrangements at a neighborhood restaurant for her. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy -- homemade pastries, local jams, amazing cappuccino...just fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel -- room was exceptionally clean and the service was exceptional.

The Hotel was clean, well maintained, simply decorated. The room was clean. If you are traveling to small town Castel de Sangro, this is the perfect place to stay. Mario was SO very helpful trying to find many place in the town. I can't say enough about him and Hotel Tiglio.

The owner was so charming and helpful. He has a pastry chef who cooks fresh bread,brioche and cakes every day for breakfast as well as making his own preserves which are superb.

nice place to stay as we passed throught town Mario was wonderful the room was clean and comfortable breakfast was above average we were only driving through town, but the town was quaint and probably a nice place to spend a few hours
