Warm and Comfortable Stay at MYSTAYS Sapporo Station We had a really pleasant stay at MYSTAYS Sapporo Station. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sapporo and very close to JR Sapporo Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting to the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants and food options within walking distance. The hotel is well equipped with useful facilities, including a washer and dryer, ice machine, vending machines, hair dryers, and irons. The only minor downside is that the dryer is not very powerful, so you may need to extend the drying time for your clothes. What really made our stay special was the friendly and attentive staff. They patiently answered all of our questions, and when we had an issue with the TV remote, one of the receptionists even came directly to our room to help us. That level of service was much appreciated. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient hotel that I would highly recommend to tourists, couples, and families visiting Sapporo. Great location, complete facilities, and genuinely helpful staff!

This hotel is walking distance from Sapporo train station and had a lot of places to eat & mini market around the area. The room we stayed in was standard size in Japan, with a queen bed which was compact and needed careful arranging for people having big size luggage but still comfortable enough.

The only thing missing from this hotel is that they don't provide drinking water in the rooms daily. I suggest installing a water dispenser so guests can drink.

Conveniently located near the train station. The rooms are clean and don't smell musty. The staff are lovely and very helpful.

Check-in is easy, and check-out is just as easy. The location is strategically located, very close to Sapporo Station, a 5-minute walk.

The hotel is not far from Sapporo station, but pushing luggage might be a bit tiring. There's a Lawson convenience store across the street. The facilities are complete, it's clean, the beds are comfortable, and there's a window with a view from the bed.

Beside the hotel, there is a restaurant called Mystays too, they have sashimi and other food, and you can also drink sake at a reasonable price, it's the best 👍

This is one of the roomiest MyStays hotel chain we ever stayed in. It is just 10 minutes walk from Sapporo station and it's near major tourist spots such as Sapporo Govt building, Odori Park, just 2 stops to Susukino area. There are konbinis like Lawson and Seicomart nearby as well as plenty food options near the station area.

The room is quite spacious, fit for family with 2 children. Hotel location is very close to Sapporo station. Breakfast is fine, not too many choices though.

This was our first visit to Sapporo and the Hokkaido Region, so we decided to stay at a hotel in the city center. MyStays Sapporo Station Hotel seemed to suit everything we were looking for: it's situated just a short walk from Sapporo Station, ensuring ease of access to the whole city. It is also close to many tourist attractions, konbinis (convenience stores), restaurants, and shops, has complete facilities, and, of course, is available at a reasonable rate. Once we landed at New Chitose Airport, we just needed to hop on the rapid airport train bound for Sapporo Station. We headed for the station's north exit, and after a short walk, we found the hotel. We arrived early, so we dropped off our luggage at the hotel. They have an online system for luggage drop-off, which ensured our belongings were safe and sound. The check-in itself was smooth, with friendly and helpful staff who were able to use enough English to make our communication go well. The general area was clean and easy to navigate since the hotel is also equipped with English signage. Our room was compact but fit two people and three suitcases well. The room was clean, and they provided everything you could need, even charging cables for your gadgets! They also provided USB plugs so you didn't have to worry about plug compatibility. The bathroom was awesome. Despite its compact size, they provided a typical Japanese bathroom, which means a high-tech toilet with a bidet and a seat warmer, a shower, and a bathtub, plus complete amenities that they refilled every day. Other extras you'll get in the room are fabric refresher spray for your clothes and an air purifier with a humidifier—essential during the dry winter season. When we stayed at MyStays Sapporo Station Hotel from the end of November to early December 2025, there was building construction just next to the hotel, and our room's window faced straight onto the site. However, we did not hear any disturbing sounds during our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience staying at MyStays Sapporo Station Hotel, and we would highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Sapporo!

This hotel is near Sapporo Station. The check in/out process is very fast. They provide high quality products for amenities. They provide money exchange service. They give me room as requested, and there are a lot of convenience stores near this hotel. Very recommended 👍

Perfect location. Just found out on the last night stay that we can actually make short cut trip to TV tower from the Sapporo station. The hotel replaced everything everyday. Very clean and tidy. Receptions speaks good english 🥰. Worth the price. Thank you MyStays Sapporo Station Team. Hope to come back.

Hotel strategic location, close to Sapporo station. Near minimarket. In the hotel there is a coin laundry provided iron, there is also a microwave. Out of the hotel there are several places to eat. Close to the bus stop.

Great hotel. Location is 5 minute walk to Central Station, new hotel, friendly and great English speaking staff members, the hotel has vending machines so you don't have to go out, a typical Japanese room (little bit small but very comfortable).

The location is close to sapporo station make you easy to travel around sapporo and hokaido.
