Otel çok kötü. Odalar eski ve bakımsız, duvarlarda çizimler var. Isıtma çalışmıyor, gerçekten çok kötü bir durum. Kanepeye oturduğunuzda, eskimiş ve çökmüş olduğu için kalkmakta zorlanıyorsunuz. Tüm bu sorunları resepsiyona bildirdik ancak hiçbir şey yapılmadı; sadece oda değişimi konusunda söz verdiler ama yerine getirmediler. Yemek yemek için boş bir tabak istedim, bunun için benden 200 TL servis ücreti aldılar. Bu arada kanepeye oturup kalktığımda, kanepe çok eski ve yıpranmış olduğu için giydiğim pantolon yırtıldı. Mostly everything was excellent. Apart from settee cover needing cleaning in suite we had a really pleasant stay. The concierge, Altman, was a very helpful young man. He made our stay very enjoyable and is an asset to the hotel staff team

Everything was perfect! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly kind, and the food was delicious. I felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely come back again!

The hotel has sewage issues. My room smelled. Airco is not working, only hot air! Had to sleep with the window open and getting waked up at 4.30 by early morning prayer from the iman at the corner! Breakfast is below average and no cook at the egg station. After various complains they pre cooked the omelets or a waiter tried to fry some eggs my 5 year old does better!

It is nice, clean and friendly hotel

Near Metro. Easy access. Unfortunately the staff unable to speak English. The front desk also not informative- told us to take taxi as there is no metro (which is just round the corner). Other staff are friendly and always having big smile. The buffet breakfast- not much choice

I was utterly disappointed that the cell phone signal, as well as their wifi signal, was almost non-existent, whether in-room or in the lobby. For a three-day business trip, this was a major disruption in my work. Breakfast was so so without the traditional Turkish Ayran drink. Despite the fact that I was keeping my towels off the floor they kept changing it with no regard to environmental considerations.

It is not even three stars It is dirty pool is not open bathroom was smelling like :)

Very nice hotel, pleasant stay, very kind staff. It is located in the city center, very convenient.
