Nice room. 15 minute walk to old town.

This was a good find. We had 8 rooms, all of which had unique layouts, but were all clean and comfortable. There are numerous communal areas as well for hanging out (a garden with seating, a full kitchen and eating area with a great view, and a living room type area). The check-in and breakfast were in a nearby building, which wasn't an issue at all. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good.

Check in is at another address, close by friendly staff, room was clean & comfortable & quiet but no blackout curtains & the outside/ smokers area lights stay on all night.

No AC and we couldn't have more than one fan per unit even though we had two rooms. We asked for an extra fan, were told we'd get one but didn't. Was impossible to sleep because of heat and extremely loud noise from the street. Not a pleasant stay at all. The cleaning stafd were very nice though.

The worst experience ever i booked a room for 3 and got a room for 2 i talked to the guy there and he couldn t help me. In the room was blazing hot and there ware a lot of insects on the walls and on the bed. In this conditions I left the keys there and got another hotel. I want a refund for my money.

The toilet was flooded for 2 days and nobody did anything. Not only I asked them to fix it several times, but they also fail to provide toilet paper. They don't have anyone at the checkin counter, so I had to call several times asking them to do something about it. They always apologised and said that they would do something about it, but nothing happened. The worse hotel we stayed in Romania quite far and very upset with the service. Extremely disappointed with this place, I don't recommend it.

A place to stay whilst we enjoyed BRASOV. Close enough to Brasov Square.

The room was alright overall and fairly clean, however, the property we stayed at was not the one in the pictures. It was a different location nearby. It's slightly misleading because the property in the pictures looks much better than the one we ended up staying in.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Large rooms with all the creature features. Near shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water. Nice breakfast at sister hotel nearby All and all a pleasant experience

It is fairly basic but ok for the money given the location. I have stayed there before and would go again.

This hotel was well located for my purposes. Staff was helpful. I especially liked a "lounge" area above the second floor where you can heat something for dinner in the microwave and enjoy a nice view of the mountain while you eat there. There is a kitchen on the second floor -- it was nice to be able to heat water for tea, but the downside was that sometimes people congregated there and talked when I would rather have been sleeping...

Very disappointing stay. Booked a suite, but had an issue convincing check in person that we had a suite and not a standard room. Eventually sorted, but VERY disappointing accommodation. Lots of things broken, dreadful wi-fi, rubbish kitchen equipment, uncomfortable furniture, unfriendly staff, overpriced, etc.... Would rather we had not stayed.

No parking, no AC, non working WiFi. Would not go back on a hot day.

Loved Residence Ambient. Clean, comfortable and a good location. Daniella at the front desk was stellar. She was so warm and helpful.
