Beautiful hotel and location. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the food was excellent. Would highly recommend it.

Fantastic stay and room with amazing restaurants within a 10 minute walk

Everything was good about this stay , breakfast , the pool , the staff at front end and bar everyone of them very helpful

We liked everything staff food rooms all great nothing too much trouble Only exception was Spa staff, a little clicky I think always little girls sniggering and whispering when you come and go Otherwise we will be back

Brilliant hotel - staff were super helpful, the hotel was gorgeous and the breakfast was amazing with so much choice!! Needs a few more umbrella's around the pool and could do with the air con in the rooms being a bit cooler - but that been said we stayed in a heatwave with temperatures reaching 38!

The staff as always were welcoming and helpful. The room are always clean and well looked after. My o ly problem was the location of our room. It was one floor above the pool. Which meant when we opened our curtains and everyone could see us. I felt on show! There are amazing views from the hotel but this time we had to keep the curtains closed because of people looking in. Especially the man next door, whose balcony jutted out and he could look straight into our room. So no early drinks on the balcony for us. Also there was Aqua aerobics so not exactly relaxing. Not had a problem on previous visits as we were higher up and further along. We love the hotel and this was our 3/4th time staying. Would definitely ask for a room higher up. The breakfast as always was excellent.

Room was spacious and clean but some parts either needed addressing- stains on carpets, cracks in walls of bathroom and to be able to adjust AC according to own preference. Staff were friendly, kind and welcoming.. no hassle in asking. Breakfast - plenty of choices to suit all.

The hotel, location, and amenities were fantastic!! The only moment I got very disappointed was at the spa with one of the girls at the front desk. After one week at the hotel, the day before departing (May 21st) we booked an hour massage for both of us. At the moment of paying, my credit card didn’t go through (she shamelessly hold a laugh). I said that is not possible, gave her my credit card. It didn’t pass. My friend tried with two cards. Nothing. A local lady tried as well and nothing! It was obvious that it was the internet, but she NEVER admitted that. I was hoping for an apology, but nothing! Such a RUDE employee shouldn’t work at the front desk… We just told her to charge it to our room. She really ruined the mood of the massage time.

Nice Hotel overlooking the beautiful Formosa and barrier islands. Very good breakfast, evening meal somewhat lacking in choice but good quality meals. Room spacious, quiet and clean. Olhau is interesting to explore. Nice change to beach and city hotels..

Breakfast is good. Bar staffs are excellent. Front desk staffs are not very professional. Outdoor pool is very good.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, staff and facilities were great!

The only thing we thought could be improved was the buffet evening meal, there were not many choices and for €28 thought it was a little overpriced. We are not fussy by any means but with a choice of only salmon kebabs & lamb chops thought it was a bit limited. Apart from that the breakfast was good and lot's of choices. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

The welcoming and friendly staff giving excellent and efficient service in all areas of the hotel. Beautiful rooms giving value for money. Wonderful breakfast experience and availability to provide gluten free options.

The location was perfect, nearby the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning with a variety of food. The staff were, friendly, helpful and professional. The swimming pool was a welcomed amenity to cool off and relax.

Nice location and really good breakfast. Room was very comfortable and well decorated. Location was great - right on the marina and walkable to a really great park and markets, shops & restaurants. Gym hours are limited (didn't open until 8am) and the temperature in it was too warm for me, but otherwise gym was great. Pool area was really nice, too. Hallways look dated but everything else looked great.
