Super hotel .. excellent breakfast.. great staff

The room was very nice with good heating. Great breakfast - shame the restaurant isn’t used for dinners as well as it’s a great space. Nice bar with friendly staff. Good gym with quirky wood based equipment. The only downside to the stay was we asked for late checkout of 1 hour and despite the hotel being very quiet the response was it’s 100 DKK per hour after 11 am. Shame as it would have been great to have an extra hour for free.

It’s in the perfect location. You can walk to everything. Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff arranged our ride back to the airport for us. They were so kind.

Small but clean room, spacious bathroom, helpful staff

Virkelig overdådig morgenbuffet. Lidt koldt værelse, især gulvet på badeværelset, hvor det havde været rart med slippers eller en bademåtte.Ellers virkelig fint ophold og skønt med pool og sauna.

The amount of emails from hotels.com and the hotel is way too much. Everything else is just fine. More than 10 emails is just ridiculous.

The hotel didn't have anyone to check us in. We had to wonder around looking in the office to find someone for about 15 minutes. This was around noon. We were also charged an extra $75 a night for them to make up the hideaway bed with sheets that were too small. I felt taken advantage of. The maintenance guy was nice and the breakfast was really good. Just didn't seem like they had much staffing. Upon check out the guy was really nice and helpful.

Very nice room

The entire hotel is great. So clean and fresh. A super relaxed atmosphere. All the staff are friendly and professional. The room we had was clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning is out of this world. So much to choose from. So fresh. The hardest thing was what to choose. So many options. I’m a vegitarian and my wife is vegan. We had no trouble finding things to eat. Sets you up for the day. The greatest area is so opts and so clean. Very comfortable as well. We used the pool. A bit small but so clean one. The changing rooms are also spotless. The only thing was that it’s one depth all over 1.5m. However there are ample floats and other floating devices. Brilliant hotel. We’ve returned a number of times and have never been disappointed. Well to all the staff.
