Stayed for two nights with family. Had to move room after the first night as the air conditioning was not working. The unit in the new room turned off every hour. The unit in our other room worked well but emitted a mouldy smell. Decor is tired throughout. When calling the lift on the top floor, smoke appeared from a box on the wall. Breakfast is included but very basic. Pastries are nice and a juice dispenser has cheap but cold juice. There is a hot tray of bacon and scrambled egg that looks like it has been there for quite a while. Staff are incredibly helpful when dealing with issues. Location is close to RER B which provides quick access to central Paris. Unfortunately, when we stayed, the line was closed for repairs.

This has to be one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It was 100° outside and they didn’t have the air conditioner on in the lobby, Restaurant, or the hallway. Only some rooms have air-conditioning. Otherwise, you get a portable fan if you can believe that. When we went into the room, there were no mattresses on the pullout couch and the carpet in the room and in the hallway was filthy and disgusting and had stains all over it. Unless you really need to stay close to the airport, I would strongly suggest to avoid this Hotel.

Staff needs to be cheerful. They can add at least a tea maker.

For that location it is OK.

Industrial breakfast, smelly room

Clean. Nice staff. Not a great location in terms of amenities. Big construction site going on outside hotel. Also no telephone in room to communicate with staff or make local calls.

The transportation conditions for the clients are so por that I had to walk several Times to and from Anthony Station. The taxi they arranged to the airport robbed me with a 50 euros tarif, for a 7 to 9 km distance. The driver took so many neiborhood streets to finally get to the highway to the airport, which took us 20 minutes ride, just to justify the high Price he charged me.... So bad because the hotel should be responsible for those trips to the airport, not only for insuring the client s safety, but also the client s pocket and satisfaction. So bad!!!!

The hotel cancelled 1 of the rooms I booked so we had to book another and then did not refund me the money for the room they cancelled.

I loved the modern aesthetics and furnishing. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop right around the corner about 3 minutes from the hotel which is great. There is a restaurant in the hotel in the event that you want to do dinner or lunch. Breakfast although the same every morning was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the bath tub, there is a half door and outside gets wet when showering. But overall it was a good stay and would definitely recommend

Good value stay and relatively convenient for Orly airport.

Included breakfast and close to transit. I stayed after arriving late from Orly and had to leave for CDG in the am. Only thing is that both the German couple ahead of me and I were told we needed to pay though we had already paid in full online via Booking and Expedia. A quick check and the clerk was able to see in the computer.

Arrived with booking confirmation form only to be told there is no room and were full by very rude staff contacted hotel .com and they couldn't do anything and was left stranded in paris
