Located in a busy district...if you want to go to the market it is not far. Hotel is basic depending of the room you choose...no 3way eletric outlet in our room...poorly organized and very old. Pool is nice and clean. Breakfast is cold and basic...could be improved in a buffet style.

Why I said that is I never made it there

Staff at front desk was helpful in assisting us to get a refund. This was necessary because we were not going to be happy at all to stay for the remaining time of our booking! The room was in very poor condition- missing curtain and shower rings, broken lamp, mold in shower,etc. The general condition of the property was substandard. There was a sewer smell outside of our room and the bed was rock hard. We woke up with sore hips and backs. The breakfast included was a small helping of scrambled eggs, refried beans, jello and pound cake- the same every day. We were booked for a long stay so staff at the front desk had a small fridge delivered to our room, but it was so noisy that we couldn't use it. By day two, my wife had several bug bites all over her feet. The pool was clean, but freezing and the lounge chairs and tables need replacing.

Staff is fantastic. They are super friendly and helpful.

The character and jentila of the people who work there is very poor.

Its a nicely laid out property. Two courtyards, open one with pool. Rooms around are good for less noise from the road. Comfortable beds and hot showers. Breakfast the same every morning, coffee is terrible. Acceptable place in Centro near everything on foot

The room is fine, the facilities are a bit old, like the mattresses, but clean.

The hotel is so nice, really clean and the staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We had a great experience and will come back !!

Breakfast good, parking very safe

Cynthia at the front desk was outstanding! She was very helpful and always pleasant. The room was clean as was all the common areas. The hotel itself needs some updating. The pool was nice to swim in although it seemed to have way too much chlorine. It was nice to have breakfast included although the meal itself could use some updating and daily variety. I would stay here again if only visiting for a day or two. The hotel is in a central location, walking to restaurants and activities is easy.

The staff were great, especially the front desk. Hotel was very clean. 10 minute walk to the main plaza. The complimentary breakfast was basic but allowed for an early start

Nos encanto nuestra estadía en este hotel la habitación limpia,el servicio muy amable,atentos,desde la recepción y el personal que sirve el desayuno que por cierto es básico pero perfecto para comenzar el día, la arquitectura del hotel y la decoración muy bonito me encantó ver arte de Frida un lugar muy acogedor está es la 3ra vez que me hospedo y lo volvería hacer, 100% recomendado. Breakfast was good they had self serve coffee and would bring out a plate with eggs, beans, yummy sweet bread and jello. The room was simple but clean and was as pictured.
