The room was tidy, the staff at the front desk were superb. They were happy to aide you as the customer in anyway that they could.

The staff were very friendly, hotel felt relaxed. My criticisms are that the bed and beddings are not the most comfy, especially the very cheap pillows. If you are seeking comfort I wouldn’t highly recommend. The room generally was clean if a little noisy. Entertainment options were good, as was the massage and pool. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall it was a positive stay.

The room was in poor condition. The bed was extremely hard & pillows were flat ..the bed covers were outdated and needed replacement like the pillows...

A nice adults only resort

The staff there are very nice

I didn’t like the mattress, two twins joined together one higher then the other and always moving while u lie down and try to move very uncomfortable.

Really lovely adults only hotel with a pool and jacuzzi, nice bars and very close to a sandy beach

The hotel is old The food is below standard The staff were fabulous and friendly If you stay all inclusive you have to serve yourself however if you only pay for room only you get waited on hand and foot I really dont get that !!! Wouldn't stay again

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful especially Martha who helped to resolve a problem for me.The food in the dining area is first class and a huge choice. The only negative was the bed coverings which were flimsy and very light and I had to use a 2 blankets to try and keep warm (one blanket had a rip in the middle).The other guests were all German so any socialising was difficult.I enjoyed my stay overall

Very nice hotel, the pool area is nice, on our first day we think the pool was heated as the water was warmish, but after that it was not which was a shame as the water was almost too cold for swimming. Breakfast had a wide selection so everyone found something they liked. Room had air conditioning which was good. Rooms nicely decorated with modern features. Nice location near the bus station, and close to the beach. Would stay here again. Only disadvantage was the Internet but many restaurants in the area have free wifi so you can still stay connected. Also heating the pool would have been nice as the water was cold in January with very few people swimming in the pool.

El hotel es bastante básico, pero es tranquilo, los trabajadores ( sean cuales sean) súper amables y la comida bastante variada. Es x eso que lo hace maravilloso.
