The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to several of the sites we were visiting. The food was amazing! There were so many options for breakfast and dinner

We were happily surprised with our big, modern, comfy, thoughtfully designed room with full kitchen and anything you’d need to cook/eat. Beds and bedding were comfy. The location was just beautiful and close enough to everything while feeling private and quiet. We had some drinks and pizza onsite which was all great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Kind of quaint, comfortable place with relaxing views. Room was well kept and maintained with all you need except maybe a mini fridge. The spa area was nice including a hot tub and sauna along with dressing facilities with shower and towels. Restaurant was nice and well staffed with friendly/helpful people. As that crazy American, I do wish they has more selection of proteins for breakfast, but able to go without that for a couple days.

The facility is lovely. Rooms and modern and comfortable, hot tub and sauna are a fantastic addition. But the staff.... yikes. Rarely in my travels have I encountered staff who seemes so genuinely bothered by having to actually deal with guests. Front-desk agent was incredibly rude, both and check-in and out - dismissive, uninterested and condescending. Everyone else I encountered was simply disinterested. So, facility, lovely. But the staff really diminished what would have been a great stay otherwise.

Great breakfast clean room and hot tub!

This hotel was very conveniently located, just a few minutes drive from the supermarket, restaurants, etc. Also, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast is pretty good and the restaurant -for dinner- was great too. We also had to stay an extra night -and stay in a full day- because of a snow storm and we felt secure.

Excellent stop close to Vík. Comfy bed, lovely shower, and abundant breakfast. Overall a highly impressed for a 3 star!

Awesome Rooms & Great breakfast!

I loved everything about this hotel. It’s aesthetically elegant inside and out. The staff was welcoming and upgraded us to a suite which was a delight after a long day hiking the glacier. The room and bathroom were spacious and felt new and modern. The included breakfast was tasty with a lots of options. We were treated to the most beautiful auroras at night.

Great property located just outside of town. The breakfast was amazing! The only draw back was that there was a large high school group on a trip that took over the hot tub and sauna during both nights of our stay making it a less than desirable way to spend our anniversary; yet not the fault of the hotel or staff. Overall we wilould absolutely stay here again.

Breakfast options were amazing, dinner was the best (lamb burger) the hot tub was great with the view, staff were friendly. Was here only 1 nite but everything was great .

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and for the most part, the hotel was good but there are several areas that can be improved for a better stay: The room: can definitely use more storage for 2 people. Very cramped to constantly open the luggages to take out clothing. The pillows were too soft - almost like sleeping on nothing. The duvet covers were ribbed and scratchy. The bathroom: there was no hook at all to hang up clothes when showering. The small towel rack was just enough for 2 towels. The breakfast: enjoyable but would be great to have variety for those who are staying multiple days. The only that changed was the smoothie on our last day.

Electricity kept going out in our room. We were told by staff that it was "not strong" and to not plug in many devices, however just plugging in our phone to charge tripped the breaker. Otherwise, room was spotless and beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of good towels and the breakfast buffet had very good selections which were all tasty.

Nice hotel just outside of Vik, less than 10 minutes to the city. Hot tub and sauna were great, included breakfast was good with variety of options. Recommended and would stay again
