This hotel is a dump like no other. Having booked a superior room I was given a basic room in the basement with no window. Upon complaining, I was sent to a second room which was also basic and windowless. Finally, I got a "superior" room as in the published pictures but it was half-buried (see picture). I stopped complaining except that after a few hours I had to move to another superior room dungeon because the aircon was not working properly. How can Hotels.com possibly send their customers to this absolute ditch.

It was a quick overnight before flying to Fernando de Nonronha, The staff was friendly, the room was simple but clean and the breakfast was very nice (included) with many options,

The hotel claims to have a parking lot however, they have available places to park outstide the limits of the hotel exposing the car at night time. On top of that, this space is not fully connected to the hotel perimeter for it needs someone to unlock the door to allow the guest to reach the car without having to walk an entire block. Aside from that, everything was really good and the staff absolutely friendly!

If you want to be close to downtown Natal and the beach, this is a prime spot. The rate seemed reasonable, although I am curious to know how much it would cost when the World Cup is not going on. But on the on whole, I enjoyed it. My room had a great view of the ocean, and the breakfast buffet provided an interesting introduction to Brazilian food, including their love of starches and fruits. Undoubtedly the best part is being 30 feet from the ocean, which is a little rough, but at certain times of the day swimmable.

Signage is very poor, difficult to find. Parking was confusing, staff was not helpful. Most things were lost in translation ...

Stayed here for the World Cup. Good location and awesome service. Not an amazing neighborhood but you're in Brazil and that's hard to come by. Right on the water and in great area for shopping in downtown.

Good location for surfers, beach walkers, adventure travelers. Not fancy area. Local Brazilians are usually flooding the urban beaches on weekends... which is great to see. There are 6 beautiful beaches all in a row. This one is in the middle. The climate is hot. Bring sunscreen.

Não sou de expor pessoas ou ambientes, mas jamais retornarei para este hotel e não recomendo para ninguém! 1- quartos do andar subterrâneo com cheiro e mofo nas paredes. Sem janela (emperrada/não abre); 2- quarto não possui porta de madeira e sim de vidro transparente (horrível); 3- Quarto minúsculo, não cabe duas pessoas transitando ou arrumando itens pessoais em pé 4- sem elevador 5- sem acústica, se escuta tudo no corredor 6- quando chove, alaga tudo. Desde dentro dos quartos, corredores, hall de entrada e café da manhã Se estiverem sem dinheiro, coloquem mais 100 ou 200 reais e peguem um hotel melhor, este não compensa, a menos que você realmente acorde 06h30(café da manhã), fique fora o dia todo e volte apenas para dormir… do contrário, não recomendo. Quartos sem móveis, bancos de plástico. As fotos enganam

Quarto aconchegante, café da manhã espetacular. Piscina muito boa

Nos colocaram num quarto que era impossível de ficar por conta do cheiro muito forte de mofo, trocamos de quarto mas o mofo estava presente em todo o hotel, não ficaria novamente e não recomendo a estadia neste hotel, a localização é boa acredito que compense apenas pelo preço e se você for fazer passeio todos os dias, se por acaso tiver que ficar no quarto é impossível, quarto muito pequeno e com cheiro muito forte de mofo, gostei apenas do café da manhã e da área da piscina.

Eu gosto muito do Yak hotel, já é a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel, a primeira vez foi bom. Porém dessa vez o quarto era horrível cheio de infiltração, uma janela quebrada. Gostei da atidude de um dos funcionários que fez a troca do quarto no outro dia para um quarto com melhor acomodação. Tirando isso foi muito bom.

Estacionamento gratuito de boa ao redor do hotel. Quarto com instalações e móveis antigos, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Café da manhã com bastante variedade. Ponto negativo: achamos diversas baratinhas no quarto.
