We had a lovely stay overall. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The pricing is quite reasonable for what you get, and the staff was warm, helpful, and prompt with service which really made a difference. The breakfast spread could definitely be improved. It felt a bit repetitive and lacked variety over the days, so that’s one area they could work on. The pool is also on the smaller side. Gym is outdated and less equipments and not maintained well. That said, the overall experience was pleasant and good value for money. 😊

Best property in Goa. We stayed for 5nights and experience was mesmerizing. We have checked-in many 4/5 star properties but this property has best service of all. Staffs are so polite and helpful. We were traveling with kids 3years and 5years and didn't have any problem. Hotel provided us hot milk and rice for kids everytime they were hungry (free of cost). Pool/breakfast/room/property everything is well maintained. Thank you Acron for making our holidays special.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring nearby places. The overall ambience and hospitality were great. A special appreciation for the breakfast and dinner experience — there were plenty of menu options available with good variety and quality, making every meal enjoyable. The staff was courteous and attentive throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.

Disappointing stay and absolutely not worth the money. The service here is incredibly poor, and the hotel staff is outright rude and unhelpful. They have a ridiculous policy where they shut down the food completely by 10:30 PM. If you need anything after that, you're out of luck because the room service is the worst I've experienced—slow, unresponsive, and careless. For a property in Goa where people come to relax, the management really needs to train their staff on basic hospitality and manners. Avoid this place if you want a peaceful vacation.

It's our second time here the experience has been amazing the last time. 3 days this time , so let's see how it pans out. Overall amazing room, superb pool and courteous service. Ok just an update on our 1st day at the hotel. Breakfast spread was good. But one thing that's evidently clear that th service has got really bad. Rooms not cleaned, amenities not replenished, front office not proactive. Hope th next 2 days are better
