Good hotel in decent location. Great family oriented amenities. Guestroom is well laid out and good sized. Cleanliness is a somewhat an issue with dust, hair, crumbs in the room. Toilet wasn’t very clean. These were rectified after informing guest services. Didn’t have in room coffee till our last day. Buffet restaurant was good for breakfast. Dinner buffet is reasonably priced with a decent selection of simple menu mainly targeted to seniors and family. Drinks are reasonably priced as well. Easy walk from the hotel to the beach and offers a good selection of restaurants. There are several grocery stores very close by and guestrooms have mini fridge for drinks and items.

Great stay. Great food and spa was lovely. We had very poor weather for our few days so was nice to spend time there. It's a well used hotel clearly. Our room was very nice on the 5th floor. Cleanliness was mostly good but a little more attention to detail for the room and the common areas. Did not spoil our visit in any way.

Furniture in our room & eating areas very old and battered. No simple items such as a tissue box or a shower cap in the room. Didn´t offer a bath robe in the Spa, which had several areas out of service.

Cozy and Relaxing. Make sure you request the shuttle 2 days before your arrival and departure from BeniConnect Car Service. Uber and Cabify doesnt work from the hotel to the airport. There is no ice machine in the room floors. Stores and supermarket closes on Sunday. Overall, a nice hotel

Some good things about the hotel, and some unexpected. Good: The location is good, a 150 metres or so from the beach, which is wide and sandy and great. We didn't have time to try the spa, and the evening's entertainment by the pool on the Saturday evening was fun. Unexpected: We arrived in the late afternoon and the pools were pretty much all in shade, with the sun the other side of the hotel. It took us almost 30 minutes to get towels, but I suspect that this was exceptional. In the morning when we went to the pool, the sun was again mainly blocked, this time by a nearby hotel. I have to presume that the sun shines over the pools between mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Health and Safety: We left our car in the car park. I tried to get out via the emergency exit door, which refused to move and I had to presume was locked. This would have failed a H&S Audit. Are all emergency exit doors checked at regular intervals?

This is a brilliant place to stay, on arrival we were greeted at reception by very happy efficient chap. First impression of the hotel is the large very clean and tidy reception area nicely furnished with easy chairs. And a bar leading to the swimming pool. We booked a standard room which was very nice and spacious with a small desk, a chair and plenty of wardrobe space, and the bed was comfortable. An on suite bath shower room was a little compact but very nice. Breakfast, There was a good choice of food cold and hot. cereals, a selection fresh fruit, yogurts, selection of cold meats , mixed pastries, hot food selection and a choice of hot and cold drinks. Plus more. Our first impression stayed with us all round the hotel very clean and tidy with very helpful staff. Parking There is very very good private parking under the hotel. Just a small thing maybe the hotel would consider installing a Tesla EV destination charger.. If your looking at Calpe for a holiday the A R Diamanté is a great place to stay A little about things around the hotel Local restaurants Just a few minutes walk from the hotel in the side streets and along the beach front there is a great choice of restaurants and bars..
