Very large and comfortable room

Surprisingly small, beautiful hotel in a historic building. I noticed the attention to the small details from the overall decor of the room, to the pillows & linens, to the robes & slippers, high end soaps & lotions, pitcher of water w glasses and wonderful room service continental breakfast. There was even a secret cute speakeasy bar/lounge across the hall. Loved it ! One small negative is the area is not great & there is no parking

This hotel was a highlight of our trip! We had a two day mother/daughter stay at the Ivy and every minute was incredible. The room is large and quiet and absolutely beautiful. So close to lots of great restaurants (shout out to Carbon Bar right next door, great food), including George which was sadly closed while we were there (next time!). The staff is lovely, the pool so relaxing, and the spa was amazing. I can't wait to return to the Ivy.

The property was amazing. I loved the hotel. There was no detail overlooked. My only complaint is the parking situation, as there is none and daily parking is quite expensive.

Close to distillery district and shopping, luxury experience with a very private feel. Amazing value for the price. Would be back!

After an outing at the theatre, The Ivy by Verity felt like slipping into a quiet, hidden world in the middle of the city. The deep soaking tub, paired with bath salts, was the perfect way to unwind. One of those small luxuries that lingers in your memory long after you leave. In the morning, breakfast was fresh and generous with juice, croissants, coffee, fruit, vegan chia pudding, and a classic yoghurt parfait. The location is ideal, just steps from St. Lawrence Market and surrounded by excellent restaurants, yet the hotel itself feels calm and tucked away. What truly stood out was the kindness of the staff, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A peaceful, thoughtful stay that felt both effortless and quietly special.

We had a wonderful stay in our room. The staff were fantastic and the room itself was spacious. The breakfast delivered to the door and the gift upon entering was a classy touch.

The attention to detail throughout the hotel is impressive, particularly the elegant ambiance and well-curated design. Furthermore, your staff was consistently professional, warm, and welcoming. My room was were excellent—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated; especially the stunning lampshades. The spa was beyond excellent too, with clean and well-maintained amenities throughout the reception and locker areas. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable waiting area and the relaxing pool. Furthermore, the facial I received was outstanding; the staff member was professional and provided a warm, welcoming service. Thank you for providing such a high-quality experience. I look forward to visiting your property again in the future.

What a beautiful and unique hotel! It feels private and personal. The rooms are very nicely decorated to the point I wished I was staying longer. I didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of all the amenities the property had to offer but I did really like the 8am automatic breakfast delivery... nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again.

The pool area was very relaxing. The rooms were well-appointed and cozy. Perfect for a staycation.

The room was beautiful, plush, quiet and easy to access. The continental breakfast tray that appeared outside our door each morning was perfect for getting us up and going. It was absolutely perfect.

C’est sûrement le plus bel hôtel de notre long voyage. Un univers très cocooning, une chambre spacieuse et une salle de bain moderne. Un personnel au petit soin. Non vraiment, rien a dire c’est le confort et le charme réunis.

so cute & quiet & very nice staff

Room very comfortable. Best hotel tub we’ve ever had!

My husband and I stayed for one night for a music event. I wish we stayed two nights and had time to visit George and Secrette. The staff were welcoming, gave us a tour, and showed us to our room through the maze of the beautiful building and its cool rooms. It has a reading room! Our room (Room Four) was beautiful, with a lovely courtside balcony (sadly it was raining), and a massive soaker tub. The furniture, bed, robes, bath salts on the tub, and little gift bags of salts to take home made it feel like a spa. There were pastries, fruit and coffee outside our door in the morning. We ended up leaving later than we had planned. It is not a hotel experience, more like a private rental experience but with exceptional hotel service. This will be our new stay when we are back in the city.
