We had a wonderful time with the family. The room was nice and everything was very well organized for us to have a great stay

For what I paid for the rooms, they don’t even provide towels for the swimming pool. Parking was full first day had to park 2 Km away. When I want to collect my car I spent almost 1 hour waiting for the hotel driver to take me there! The arrangement in my opinion was really poor! Will I come to the same hotel? Simple answer is No.

We have stayed in the Gran Hotel Portoroz several times. The Apollo is part of the same hotel group. Service, bed comfort, and ESPECIALLY the food were not the same. Had we not tried the Gran Hotel before, I probably would have given 5*.

Good hotel on great location, with friendly staff, very clean therme and spa and comfort rooms. But one big complaint about using a bathrobe. It should state in the booking confirmation, before we arrive in the hotel that using of bathrobe is subject of extra charged. In 4* hotels with spa and therme (which is not cheap at all), using of bathrobe is usually assumed that it's included in the price. If not, definitely guests deserve to be informed prior arrival, because the other way seems as disrespect and give us no choice.

We were expexting at least a good service but unfortunately we left extremely disappointed. In 3 days that we stayed the sauna was closed, the pools were open from 2 pm. As well we were not able to drink a cup of coffe before 7pm when the hotel bar open.

Nice spa facility with a good location But parking lot is small and hard to find at first time

Dejligt centralt i Portoroz. Sammenhængen med 5 andre hoteller gør det en smule svært at overskue i fht. faciliteterne. Men alt i alt et dejligt hotel med venligt og meget hjælpsomt personale. Eneste minus - som hotellet ikke kan gøre for - er p-forholdene. Men det vejer hotellets shuttleservice fint bod på.

Veldig vanskelig å finne hotellet selv når man står utenfor. Ikke oppe på 4 stjerner. Ikke kaffetrakter/ vannkoker.

Hotel in realta' 3 stelle . Viene richiesto il pagamento per l utilizzo dell accappatoio , le piscine condivise con altre strutture sono aperte al pubblico e sono fredde e poco ospitali ( ci siamo tutti presi un forte raffreddore) .L ingresso in sauna e' a pagamento .

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt, das ganze Hotel machte einen etwas verlebten Eindruck, kein Schick, wenig Service und Freundlickeit, das Spa hat den Charakter eines Kleinstadt-Hallenbades.

esperienza indimenticabile, tutto molto bello soprattutto il massaggio (due ragazzi eccellenti), unica pecca la piscina troppo affollata, pochi posti sdraio e davvero molte persone che parlando in contemporanea si creava un rimbombo che invece di creare un atmosfera rilassante creava solamente fastidio

Da un hotel da 230 euro a notte non ci si aspetta di dover parcheggiare la macchina a 500 metri di distanza, tra un viaggio a vuoto (per indicazioni imprecise) ed il rientro a piedi perdo una buona mezz’ora, non il massimo per iniziare un weekend di relax Per il resto hotel pulito e camere confortevoli, colazione varia e completa

Stanza pulita e spaziosa, colazione abbondante, personale disponibile e educato

Ottimo hotel molto curato e pulito. Piscine e spa ottime anche se un po freddo il lungo tratto che porta alle piscine

molto accogliente,personale gentilissimo,e disponibile.
