The staff were friendly, but the rooms were a bit old, and it felt like they mainly catered to group bookings. However, it wasn't too bad, so it was acceptable for a one-night stay.

4* hotel, normal room, enough to stay. But breakfast... there's nothing to eat, a 4-star hotel but it's boring, there's only wet rice paper, bread, 3 types of fruit and pho... probably want to reduce costs, but... so boring. In general, the experience with breakfast is not good, but I'm willing to stay another day to finish work and then go home BUT I saw on the app that there are many rooms priced around a million, but when I asked the receptionist, they said they were full, only the highest priced room was 2.6 million... I travel to hotels for work a lot, this is the first time I've seen a booking like this trying to sell. Is the hotel also trying to rip me off and try to sell high-priced rooms? I skipped the District 1 hotel to stay comfortably, spent a few dozen by taxi to the 4* hotel, the buffet was delicious, the receptionist was young, cute and enthusiastic in supporting, stayed for 2 nights because I experienced and liked the WINK hotel system. To be honest... I will never stay at Viet Lotus hotel again. Wish Viet Lotus prosperity 🤣

The hotel is not clean, the staff is not good. When I checked in, 2 staff members were still in my room. December 17, 2024. Will not come back again.

For families with small children, the staff created conditions to upgrade to a better room. There are quite a few foreign guests staying at the hotel. With this price in the central area, it is very affordable.
