The property is conviently located but their air condtioners do not work properly rooms are extremely hot had to request service twice to fix still not working properly suffered entire stay.

The hotel was in a great location and easy to walk to many places and also the staff were very friendly and helpful 😊

A very fine luxury hotel in Kutahya. The staff at the desk and in the restaurant were most helpful and pleasant. Parking is ample behind the hotel.

Repair needed in hall carpet. It was torn and separated. Simple repair but ignored. Breakfast and reception staff was excellent.

I was visiting my family and chose this hotel as it was only a ten minute walk away. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, housekeeping standards were excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good hotel with very helpful staff. Breakfast was fine and the restaurant served pleasant food. Rooms are well arranged, although the bed was strangely (in this day and age) not that comfortable. You are in the heart of the town, so easy access to restaurants and a surfeit of cafes (all very similar). Highly recommended especially if they update their mattresses.

Good hotel overall. However, one of the room’s had a slight stale smoking smell. The worst part was the ACs had to be turned on when we got there and it took 12 hours to reduce room temp from 28C to 22C. It would be good if they could turn the ACs on at least 12 hours before check-in.

Best hotel in Kütahya with friendly service. Very close to shops and restaurants and it’s very clean.

An optimal way to visit the city and rest; large room, cleanliness everywhere and ideal location

It was nice , staff are good , rooms is comfortable and clean.no vale service , we park our car to Migros and hotel joint parking , this must be mentioned to guess when they book . Otherwise parking also not possible in front of hotel. Breakfast was not good but reasonable .

We spent two nights at the Hilton Garden. The hotel is nice and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Emre in the restaurant helpfully shared his knowledge of the local ceramics industry, explaining some of the items in a wonderful display in the hotel. The hotel shares the building with other businesses, so it can be a bit confusing to find. Also, the parking garage is not clearly marked, but aside from that our stay was quite pleasant. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so it is convenient for business visits.
