Quite ok.

Big part of the Hotel was used to host (Ukrainian) refugees. This does definitely influence the atmosphere and service level. Would have liked to know this beforehand to weigh it in my choice.

the rooms need refurbishing and a bit more attention

Door to our room would not lock and front desk would not move us to another room. Very shady, rooms not very clean.

Nice area with lots of nature surroundings.We chose this hotel because of a good experience with the chain, and was not disppointed. Breakfast was ok, could have had more vegetables and fruit,.

Hotel needs lots of maintenance. Thin walls, shower hardly functional. Would not recommend to anyone other than someone who wants a cheap hotel.

Would not stay again. Was overpriced for condition of room, breakfast was much overpriced, old and outdated and could not sleep because room was very hot. Area beautiful and nice to hiking. No food anywhere except a drive to McDonald's at 930 pm.

Nice hotel,staff were friendly but there was no lift, so hauling my luggage was a struggle. Except, in the room, in the hotel guide it said they would help bring it in with me, it would have been nice to know that beforehand! I would stay there again though, Its a nice place in a convenient location...

The room was cold and the window was opened when we arrived (in the evening) and although we turned on the heating it didn't get much warmer!!! It is a <<summer hotel>> with thin windows so If you book this hotel, maybe you can ask them to turn on the heating for you before your arrival.

Room was very comfortable and quite adequate for an over night stop over en route to the Hague. Breakfast was a bit short on choice but other wise OK

Eenvoudig maar net hotel, alleen ondanks aanwezigheid van een restaurant geen mogelijkheid om een maaltijd te krijgen. Personeel kon ons ook geen advies geven waar we wel wat konden eten. Ontbijt konden we wel reserveren

Locatie uitstekend .

Prima eten top service beetje oud gebouw.

Halløj og god morgen, Da vi ankom til hotel De Groote Zwaan, mødte vi et hotel der var fuldstændig mørkelagt og aflåst. Kl var ca. 19, og vi havde INGEN information fået hverken på mail, sms eller telefonisk. Utrolig ringe service eller rettere sagt INGEN service.

Het was prima allemaal, goed ontbijt goed geslapen. Geen aanmerkingen
