Eager to charge and collect money instead of focus on service.. wanted at all cost collect taxes to the point to block room key… trying to charge early check in at all cost even if it did not make sense… try to collect early check for an amount higher than a full night cost…. Nuts

Great location and very nice rooms. The parking was easy and secured.

I stayed in July 2025. Came back in November and its a totally different hotel- no more coffee in the lobby, no more coffee in the reoom, no more cleaning daily (unless you demand it). Apparently they got bought by a corporation and it shows. So disappointed.

The area was great, cute little boutique hotel. Room was very comfortable. The food and the WiFi were not very good.

Hotel renovado muy lindo y cómodo, excelente ubicación, estacionamiento disponible. Personal muy amable.Desayuno variado y rico. Detalles que incomodan: - Que el friobar esté cerrado con llave y haya que llamar a alguien para que lo abra después de dejar un depósito de garantía (podrían indicarlo al check in y así dejar eso listo desde el inicio) - La ducha del baño estaba suelta, tuvimos que atarla para podernos bañar cómodamente - Durante el desayuno hay una persona de seguridad caminando entre las mesas, sé que es un tema de seguridad, pero es extraño y uno se siente más bien inseguro.

O hotel é bem localizado, funcionários cordiais, limpeza excelente, café da manhã bem variado.

Hotel moderno, boas instalações e ótima localização em região segura e bonita. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções quentes, mas em geral as comidas são de qualidade. Adoramos e recomendamos. Voltaria com certeza.

Very nice hotel, not far from a massive shopping mall and many restaurants

Amenities were good. The service was very good. I liked the restaurant, very convenient. The one downside was that there was construction of some sort in the building, at times where I could hear tapping or even very loud equipment. Also I had difficulty plugging in my wall chargers: there were outlets that did not seem to allow my adapter to fit into the holes, and other outlets which did not work on the last day of our stay for some reason. Other than that it was wonderful and a great location.

Amazing hotel. Super friendly staff, good breakfast, great location. A couple of blocks away from metro station on the red line. Super convenient but also very calm neighborhood.

Había reservado y pagado en su totalidad al con meses de antelación horas antes me enviaron que mi reserva estaba a ti a viaje desde México a Santiago para qué me cancelaran mi reserva y terminara a media noche en la calle y tuve que ir hasta la embajada de México para que ayudaran pues no había hoteles disponibles. DEMANDA SEGURA

Quite basic room. Not so good mattress, limited amount of power outlets, poor shower preassure. Very good staff service and food options. Very convenient to move around Santiago

Fui de vacaciones con mi hija. El hotel es muy linda, la habitacion asignada es amplia, con linda vista y estaba impecable. La atencion en recepcion fue excelente, el personal muy amable y oportuno en sus recomendaciones. Muchas gracias!
