WiFi was horrible. People were nice. No assistance with luggage with small areas especially small and narrow stairs

Beautiful view. Beautiful property. There's a nightclub next to it, music is loud and plays after 12am. Will keep you up if you can not sleep with noise. Walls in the rooms are thin you can hear what’s going on in the next room.

Excellent location, beautiful courtyard, charming property. Definitely recommend. Wish plumbing was better, nothing terribly inconvenient, just know that you can't flush any paper.

Very nice central location, easy access to walking to Antugua sites and most important locations. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, clean, no bugs, I absolutely loved my stay and will stay again. There is a club next door which gets loud on the weekend but it never bothered me. It may bother some people. The hotel tried hard to make people as comfortable as possible.i can't what to return. The pool was cleaned daily I believe. Has coffee and tea from 7am-10pm The safe is in a small end table. I would prefer an actual safe but it isn't a deal breaker at all. I never lost anything and staff was very respectful of the do not enter the room sign. I give it 10 stars to be honest. Thank you so much for making my trip so pleasant.

Hotel feels like we are at home , and really close to everything there is to do in Antigua

The Hotel is great. Parking is 3 blocks away other than that. Location is perfect!

Evening receptionist is not very helpful. Didn’t provide WiFi info or stated where in the room to locate information. Not very informative or welcoming.

Great looking property. Close to shopping, food, central park. Staff was very helpful. Only issue I found was internet access only available in open areas due to extremely thick walls.

This hotel is not a Luxury property, room, towels are in very bad shape, not really clean and it is 2stars hotel After several complaints, the manager moved us to another property “Las Camellias Inn”; very nice, clean Thanks for the change
