The check in was terrible, you have to scan a QR code and do everything yourself, but you can only do it once you reach the counter, meanwhile, you watch all sorts people mostly struggling with it because there are lots of spaces to fill. I did everything while trying to keep a 2yo from running away and carrying 3 pieces of luggage without help from the staff. I finally arrived to the room only to find out that they made a mistake and sent me to the wrong type of room and had to go back down and wait in line to fix the problem.
