Soundproofing is not good. The room is quite small. With the price of 4 million/night/room and the experience of a small room, the window is right at the head of the bed and the outside view is a dark hallway, at night you can hear noises and the voices of other guests talking in the hallway clearly, the old air conditioner makes a hissing sound all night, which is extremely bad for such a cost.

Nhân viên thái độ với khách hàng quá tệ. Book phòng để đồ đạc lại là bình thường thì nhân viên yêu cầu note lại là để đồ lại, khách book phòng nhưng không ở. Vấn đề như thế nào là quyền của khách chứ lại có chuyện như thế. Khách sạn không cho huỷ, không cho hoàn tiền, gọi để thay đổi nhân viên cũng không giúp được gì. Khách không đến ở được cũng không thấy có ai liên hệ vậy thì đòi note hành lý của khách để làm gì

Hotel thơm tho, phong cách đúng nghĩa trầm lắng, đồ ăn sáng tuy không nhiều món lắm nhưng mà khá ngon. Tầng thượng có view tuyệt đẹp. Nhưng để tiêu chuẩn 4* thì chưa thực sự đúng lắm. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.
