Very helpful staff, good Tapas bar/restaurant. Room good size with a good bath/shower.

Although the rooms are a little dated. This hotel is a lovely place to stay, it is really close to all the major sites of the city. The food in the restaurant is amazing and reasonably priced. On site parking is also a plus although there are limited spaces.

Very comfy large room with a big balcony. Easy walking distance to just about everything. Staff speaks enough English to be helpful. Just a bit dated.

The room was lovely (although a bit dated) and cleaned daily with fresh towels. The hotel is on a busy road, but is in a great location to be able to access public transport easily and all the shops and museums are within a 10 minute walk. We did half board and were very happy with the quality of the food on offer. A lovely hotel for a short city break

Hotel was in a good location . The room was very basic and dated especially the bathroom. Buffet breakfast was okay.

Decent hotel. Older interior. Near to bus station. 10 mins walk to Old Town and Port Area. Staff helpful. Good spot to stay when exploring Cartagena.

Chose it based on location, easy walk from Renfe train (~ 5 min) and to Roman theater (~20 min) along with tapas bars (10-15 min). Just kinda old and worn down. Had to settle for 2 twins, each was rock hard. Had read some good things about the restaurant but didn’t try it. A bit of a funky smell walking in. Could use a facelift, everything was really clean and the room had a great view. Decent value for money, but definitely not luxe.

Ideal location, being minutes away from bus, train and metro stations. Nice sized room and bathroom. A bidet would have been handy. Bed rather hard. Would stay again.

Food is superb. Well run, back next year.

Ok, great place. Nice, clean and quiet, but seriously, the mattress in 307 is brutal. Go lay on it and your agree it needs replacing.

Only stayed for a night. Right next to bus & train station. 10min wall to the roman theater. Clean, spacious, good shower.

Good onsite parking. Reception ok. Room had everything we needed. Breakfast very good. Within walking of town and restaurants and historical sites Castillo de la Concepcion and Roman Theatre. Very convenient for a one night stay in April 2024
