Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, clean room

Service is great and staffs are very friendly. Service is one of the best Sheraton I have stayed around the world. Room and linens are clean. Bathroom is big enough but the arrangement can be better, a minor design issue. Location is in North Hsinchu which is far from the old Hsinchu downtown. Having visited Hsinchu many times over the last 18 years, I think this is the best hotel overall in Hsinchu and Ambassador hotel, located in the old downtown Hsinchu, being second best.

The hotel is well maintained. But the room is a little old and worn out.

I love the elegant look and safety of this 5-star hotel.

Everything was good or OK but the smell or odor from restaurants inside the hotel and doorways is unpleasant.

Plenty of room if you are traveling alone or as a family. Accessibility is good and walkable to shopping area and restaurants. Room floor has stain and look dirty though.

The room is spacious. Provided 6 bottles of distilled water in the room. Clean bed and quiet. The drawback was the bath appeared to be a bit dirty and the bath edge was too high to get into the bath and it was a bit damgerous.

This is one of best hotel in Hsinchu

I would like to come back here next time.

Poor sound isolation (frequent weird noise even during midnight), weak hairdryer, hard bed and bad check-in and -out experience (neither explanation of facilities during check-in nor inquiry of feedbacks during check-out) Not worth the price compared to other hotels at similar price range

Crowd control was terrible when going to breakfast. Wait for 30mins to get into the restaurant. Food was not refilled and the options were few.

Clean hotel close to the Hsinchu County Stadium with a few hot pot restaurant in the area

The only thing I regret is not having been able to visit the spa/pool area nor having tried the breakfast buffet, due to the fact we were there for a wedding taking place at the hotel, and thus celebration was the top priority. Yet, everything else—in room dining included—was first class.

Great stay. Great facilities.
