Location near the Lac du Nations, cleanliness, quiet, artwork, everything seemed new.

Work trip

Expérience très décevante. Le personnel est arrogant et donne clairement l'impression qu'on les dérange. Aucun sens de l'accueil ni du service. Le lobby est grand, mais totalement inutile juste là pour faire joli. Tout semble chic en apparence, mais c'est mal conçu et bâclé. Rien ne fonctionne comme il faut, et on sent que le service est loin d'être une priorité. On ne reviendra pas, et on ne recommande pas.

Room was cold and I was told they don't turn on heat if it's 8 outside. Breakfast wasn't very good just cold toast and cereal.

Stationnement payant… aucune prise électrique ou pour charger cell près des lits.. à moins d avoir 20 pieds de fil pour rejoindre une prise… mais chambre bien. !

We did not enjoy our stay. The room was small, we had to pay for parking, the swimming pool was very small and we could hear all the traffic from our room. We do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

Perfect location for a quick stay-over on our way to Quebec. Modern, clean, spacious rooms with friendly staff. Great view of the lake.

We had to pay for the parking which was not indicated when we reserved, they do not lend out the bathrobes for the pool you have to pay for them
