Good customer service, very clean and comfortable

Very nice hotel in the suburbs paid hotel parking but lots of places on the street in front of the hotel free of charge, train station about 1000m from the hotel, clean and nice staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast not too rich but good.

Quite nice and very clean. I didn't lack the lack of a fridge in the rooms but it's not a big deal. LOcation is good, but of course well outside the city. Praking is plentiful around the hotel and inside (for a small fee).

It was an excellent place to stay. Far away from central Madrid. The easiest way to move around it's having your own transportation. Public transportation is kind of far (20mins walking) The property was just waht we needed. Clean and quiet. The receptionist Maria was a great help, very informative. She showed us how to get to the places wee need to go. Breakfast menu has multiple choices. All staff were very professional.

This hotel is very far from the city, the hotel is very new but very far from the city. I would not recommend if you want to do the tourist places it can get very pricey if you want to take Ubers.

Staff very polite and couteos; the problem is the zone. To get anything out of the Hotel you need a car

The location/price is perfect for visiting Parque Warner Madrid. Getting to the city itself can be quite a hassle even with a GPS (tunnels). Breakfast could be improved, but it's good enough. The rooms for families of 4 get a bit crowded.

good stay but very far from restaurants and main city, wasted too much money on taxis. Breakfast is a big plus since they have variety of food and in included
