Nice and clean hotel. Exelent Veau good brekfest

Poor area of Athens but hotel okay. Pillows smelled of stale cigarette smoke which was unpleasant. The staff were brilliant. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean.

The nicest staff, comfy beds, view of the Acropolis from the bed, great mixed meats and cheeses, breakfast and cocktails. 2 mins walk from the metro station.

Disgusting hotel and staff I actually left and booked another hotel despite losing my money it was that bad !! Unsafe surrounded by homeless, dirty , noisy and filthy. Do Not book this hotel from the false photos and description False Advertising it is at most a 2 star , i’ve seen better hostels . Poor location, awful hotel and dreadful service. Be warned!

Location is very convenient to get to the downtown shops and restaurants. Lots of large tours of students can't thru but the staff placed us above them so it was not a problem. The bar and breakfast were excellent. The pool wasn't open is my only complaint but it's unusually cold still. The staff were amazing.

Hotel on its own is a fantastic place to stay. Personal are great. Breakfast and rooms are fantastic. The only issue seams to happen are hobos that hanging out on street behind th hotel. You just need to make a second tour to access city centre which is few minutes farther. Other than this everything is just wonderful

Novus City definitely seems to be one of the nicer hotels in the area, and the staff were really friendly and helpful, seemingly genuinely wanting to make sure our stay was good. The room (we had an executive room on the 6th floor) was spacious, clean, quiet and had a lovely comfy bed. With a couple of extra chairs and plenty of space for 2 people to put their bags and clothes, it made a nice change from most hotels where there's usually barely space for 1 person! There were a few disappointing aspects though, that I feel were rather misleading from the website... Rooms are listed as having city views, but there are non-opening blinds on all the windows, and even if you peek out the cracks, the "city view" in our higher-floor room was a wall and a bus park between us and the next building. The shower in the huge bathroom was broken, so had to be held by hand instead of the "monsoon shower" it was listed as. There was also no extractor fan so it steamed up very quickly in there and towels didn't really dry. The biggest disappointment, however, was the roof terrace and pool, which were one of the main factors for us choosing this hotel. The pool was completely closed and drained for the winter, and in fact absolutely tiny anyway. We couldn't even sit by it and enjoy the view because the area was chained off. The roof terrace - with the lovely views of the city and Acropolis - was closed when it rained but then not opened hours later when it was fine. A great shame!

Great breakfast, excellent rooftop patio and pool with great views of the Acropolis. Ask for rooms furthest from elevator very noisy. Great staff.

It was a very nice hotel, the staff were kind and friendly, the rooftop restaurant and pool were fantastic, our room was large and comfortable and it was very close to a train line. The area outside and to the left was sketchy and there were a lot of homeless people in the alley behind the hotel but no one ever bothered us and it didn’t feel unsafe

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and the restaurant has excellent food. The pool is on the rooftop and you get a stunning view of the Acropolis from far away, as well as around Athens. The location is less than 5 minutes walk to the hop on/hop off bus stop. Overall we had a good stay 🙂
