Good hotel for price, only bad thing is that room does NOT have AC, only heater, so if you want room to be cold have to open window and this might be noisy for some. But room was good and good location around 5 min uber from malls and 30 min to erciyes mountain.

It turned out that it was correct as the previous review and did not change as it seemed, the front office was not friendly, the person who welcomed it was not there, the AC was not working, and a bit far to the mall but because in Kayseri there were not many choice hotels and always full. What can we do about it
