I have been in many hotels around the world. I chose this one because of the reviews but those all were fakes because the place is terrible. It was a tick on my bed and when I went to the front desk at 6pm, nobody was there. That was the worse night of my life

Easy walk to restaurants, sea and groceries. Room is simple and well done, has everything we need (we loved having an electric kettle in our room and complimentary tea, etc. in the lobby) Secure parking was my main concern since I'm relocating and everything I own is in my car for this trip. Parking was an individual garage on the property for 15 euro, so that was a great comfort. Owner is very nice and helpful, we would stay here again.

Hotel is just a few minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Parking is available on the property. Friendly and helpful owners who upgraded us from a room with 2 beds to a superior room with 3 beds at no additional cost. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was no A/C but the hotel offers good value for the money.

Checking in I had no issues with and the location was pretty good, but the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning and it was super hot and hard to sleep. The outside was about 87° and the inside of the hotel had to have been like 95°. Kinda pricy for a place without air conditioning. I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like sleeping in a hot stuffy room.

If i have to go back to Nice, i will go back there.👍

Weird smells after cleaning. Poor soundproofing. WiFi connection sometimes not stable. The facility not new as well. Generally fine though considering the price.

The staff attitude was so inconsiderate and not friendly. In the expedia app it says that room has a minbar fridge which is not correct, I counted on it to put my meficine in and the staff instead of apologizing, got defensive and said I should not expect a 2 star hotel to have a mini fridge in France which was not the point.

Cool place with great price. No bathroom in the room was a slight inconvenience but was overall a good experience. The bed comforter in my room looked dirty with brown spots. So I didn’t use it. It was worth the price paid.

Great location, convenient, quiet. Free coffee in the morning was a nice touch - we enjoyed it at the hotel's patio with pastries from a nearby bakery.

Close to beach and public transport.

どこが玄関なのかわからない入り口でホテルと名乗るほどの施設でない。3階(2nd fl.)まで重たいスーツケースを階段で自分で持って上がれと当たり前のように言う。ベッドメークや掃除はできているし、セキュリティも悪くはない。ニースのホテル全てが高い料金なので、ニース相場なのだろうが、あの設備では高い！

Hotel is literally located in a car park. There is only a kettle in the room, no cups. No air con which in 36 degree weather is awful. Toilet did not work. Towels were intermittently clean I.e. it depended on the day. I understand the hotel is cheap but pay a few hundred more or find an alternative. Would not recommend.

Location & staff very good… bedlinen was clean. Room was tiny & the noise from nearby rooms very noticeable!

Rooms are pleasant and clean but the hotel is incredibly noisy. It's a good place to stay if you don't want to sleep. Also, unlike what is written here, there is no breakfast at the hotel.

Quick and easy, stayover. Late arrival accommodated.

Really nice and friendly staff here. They helped us with so many things - allowed us to check in very early, opened the door for us very late, helped find a taxi (not so easy in Nice), allowed a late check out...superb customer service!!

Room offered nothing other than an old bed, skimpy pillows, no air, no hair dryer, broken shower head, small thin towels, all in a room the size of a sardine can - and for 200 Euros a night!

This is a good value budget hotel run by two very pleasant brothers. My normal Hotels were not available and thought I would try this one. Only 12 rooms tucked away in the corner of a road only 600m from the a promenade. You can hear noise from other rooms so would take some good earplugs. Little area outside is very nice to sit and eat or drink. No breakfast available at present but many places nearby to buy supplies. Was lent a kettle for my room so could make coffee. The owners would also offer to make me drink if needed. All in all a good stay and very comfortable for a 2star Hotel Would return. Thank you
