Terrible customer service, noisy bed, bad intercom, the room is clean, the area is safe, but isolated

Fist great feature, Clean and Safe! 2nd best thing All Staff Respectful!! 3rd Rooms are All Deep Clean afer Check out. I have been staying here for 2months and 2 week. Im very grateful for this Hotel being at a reasonable price!!

It was nice and quiet the only thing that happened the whole electricity went out but it was the whole block the only thing I did but like was the staff never came and said anything to us by solving the issue

Very nice place

Properly, the rooms have definitely been renovated recently. They're clean and somewhat put together. The room was missing odd things. Like there was no do not disturb/ no turndown service sign. So everyday we had to decline service personally. As well as the room has no peephole. The cleaning stuff was very friendly, and the front office staff was short but to the point. Overall, it was an average experience, relatively inexpensive, and in a good location to be able to go to many different attractions and museums.

Worst experience we literally just checked in and go to the room when I asked for non smoking they said they didn’t have any then put me in a smoking room smelled horrible and the sheets where dirty had hairs and I went to just cancel and they told me since I entered the room I can’t I offered to pay a one night fee and then just get what’s rest back then they said if I pay 11 dollars for a cleaning fee they can put me in a non smoking room but they specifically said they didn’t have any so it’s horrible I’m still waiting for my refund never again don’t even come here

Clean, safe, friendly staff and easy access to restaurants and shopping. However, walls are very thin. I could hear the person above me walking across the room and showering

Checked in at 8pm and there was only smoking rooms available

The stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The room was spacious and parking was easy.

There was gun shots and room was filthy. Bugs and cigarette burns everywhere

Was late to check-in for my room, discovered that they sold my room to someone else and I was expected to just find somewhere else to stay.

We stay here often and it’s always great. My only negative is the lack of a couple amenities like no hangers and also no coffee maker or microwave. There is a microwave in the lobby. We travel for work so lots of nights in hotels and it’s rare not to have coffee available. Minor things. We love this property.

Very clean, convenient and safe area.Close to West Covina mall.
