This property is under construction and I would wish I had known. Shouldn’t that have been disclosed? Also, the towels weren’t clean. I thought at first that one of the wash cloths was stained but instead it was dirty from the last person who used it which caused me to question the cleanliness of all of the linens.

Always least expensive prices, best times, easy to use

Wonderful location and great staff. Parking is a headache but my recommendation is to use the Philtower Parking garage. Makes a world of difference!

The staff here was very accommodating, our clerk during check-in was really helpful. Her name is Joelle and I really want to thank her for all of her help. The shuttle service was great. All the staff were amazing. I would highly recommend this location to anyone coming to Tulsa. Thanks. Zeta ❤️

The shiwer pressure was low but other than that it was excellent

I asked for an extra pillow 3 times and never got it. The shower door wouldn't close properly. Housekeeping never came any of the days I was there to clean or make the beds or change the towels.

Great hotel for almost any occasion.

The property is a delight for downtown Tulsa.

Staff was ver friendly and accommodating.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room was lovely and comfortable. There were no kids running up/down the halls making noise and the heater/air conditioning was quiet. I slept very well.

This is a beautiful hotel centrally located and within walking distance to everything I needed. Free airport shuttle was a big bonus. Staff was friendly and service was outstanding. The only negative was that it was hard to control room temp. Otherwise loved it and would highly recommend.

Very walkable location with many places nearby to visit. The beds were very comfortable! Staff at the front desk were friendly & checked us in quickly.

Property is close to BOK Unique in the architecture.

We stayed the first night because we couldnt find anywhere else to stay. We barely made it before they ran the end of the day. They were nice enough to discount our price since it was only for a few hours. It was a nice place so we decided to stay there the other 2 nights, also. We will be staying there again. It was convenient to downtown and restaurants.

I had read the reviews on hotels.com talking about having no hot water but my assumption was that this was an anomaly that wouldn't persist to my stay. Unfortunately, I was surprised to not have hot water in my room (511). My buddy who was also staying the same night on a higher floor had no problem with his hot water so it seems to be localized to floor 5. I'm trying to be fair here. I was on a 10 day motorcycle trip and was mostly staying at hotels that were sub $100 but I wanted to be downtown in Tulsa so I spent extra. The room was very comfortable although the right side of the bed sagged a little (I just slept on the left). I've given it 2 stars because 3 stars is apparently, "average". I'd expect better from a courtyard so I'm going with slightly below average.

Old building, small rooms, no hot water, no view, put next to elevators, not a great visit.

First room we were placed in the AC didn’t work and it smelled like mold. They immediately moved us to a different room. Star was friendly and great.

Great location. Didnt need a vehicle. Close to everything including BOK center. Highly recommend.

The property was nicely maintained, but felt dated. The room was a bit musty and I irritated my sinuses to the extent it was difficult to sleep. Of course I didn’t realize this until half through the night.

Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
