Location: Great location just 2 blocks from the waterfront. Easy parking on the street outside. Hotel: Very good as we stayed in the adults section and it was quiet. Its a sport centric hotel so there was a nice gym and they provided a good buffet breakfast in the morning. Rooms: Spaciois with a balcony and small kitchenet which was great. Staff: They were helpful and friwndly. Nonissues with this hotel and i would stay here again.

This hotel was close to the beaches and the waterfront restaurants and shops. While breakfast was additional, it was great and a better deal than the restaurants. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Parking was streetside, right out front, and free!

Very small accommodation for the price, tiny balcony, tiny kitchen and really no space to eat. Cleaning staff helpful but very smelly bathroom which couldn’t be sorted out, bad drains. Not a comfortable apartment which I had expected!

We loved our stay it was perfect for us with our toddler and my parents. Just crossed the road to main hotel villaconcha but loved staying in the more quiet montelin studios for privacy and small pool away from everyone else but still using all the main hotel facilities. Was very impressed with the hotel and staff were so friendly. Beach is a 2 to 3 minute walk up the road and minutes to restaurants we will defo return

Second time staying here! Has the best of both worlds with the rooms having kitchenettes! Room really well thought out, great aircon. You can dip in and out of the wanting food and drink at hotel. Great pool! Staff are super friendly and great service! Location is perfect - quiet as 2 blocks back from the seat front which is only a 3mins away where there are shops to buy everything you need!

Absolutely fantastic base for Mallorca sport. Great garage for bikes. Great spa and pool. The breakfast in the morning is perfect for aspiring athletes. All topped off with fantastic service. Stayed for the Mallorca312 event for which they put on a special 4am breakfast service, something we were incredibly thankful for

Great stay - facilities were excellent and close to centra

This hotel was brilliant. It’s got two locations which are separated by a street so the main hotel with the two pools, restaurants, reception etc are in one building and then the other pool and the aparthotel-rooms are over the road. There is a bike hire shop attached to the hotel and they have tools and a big bike garage to store your bike. It’s about 1 min walk from the beach. Room was pristine and the staff were ace. NB - I got bitten by mozzies so make sure to get mozzie spray. This is nothing to do with the hotel as it will be the same everywhere but just a tip!

The hotel and facilities were great and the staff very friendly. But the apartments at montelin were disappointing there was a slightly damp smell and the water smelt of chlorine. Make sure to get an upstairs room as you will be woken up by people staying in the rooms above you

The apartment was immaculate and well equipment. Fantastic facilities for all the family. Loved the bar area as really relaxed and a comfortable place to enjoy a drink. Will return next Easter.

Very nice hotel in a great spot, close enough to bars and restaurants but far enough to back to what should have been a nice quiet location. However, the piece is shattered by the 'animations' which seem to have to be very loud and very intrusive to those using the pool or bar area. We tried to use the pool twice, but were driven back to the beach by the 'music' (generous description). We did not use the restaurant or bar at all as we would have been serenaded by the same noise while eating or drinking. The hotel is family focussed it would appear, but seems to have an identity crisis as the facilities are more aimed at adult sporty types with a great gym and Olympic swimming pool. It was a shame as the hotel and staff were excellent, the facilities first class ... there is just no real soul to the place. We like a bar to have a late drink and talk to other residents, but there was none of that at all, so it was just a room for us, a very nice room, but one we could have probably got much cheaper elsewhere as the facilities on site were not really used. They also need to police the towels on sunbeds. There were quite a few sunbeds with towels on all day and which were only used at the end of the day when the cyclist owners returned from a cycling trip, pretty rude by the cyclists and needs to be discouraged by the hotel. In summary 5 out 5 for the hotel and facilities but 3 out of 5 for the actual experience.

We checked out and paid the final bill at the property. After 3 days of our check out, my credit card was debited an extra charge by the hotel. We don’t know what that charge was about and the hotel had no message to us regarding this unauthorised transaction. Terrible experience.

I stayed at Hoposa Montelin 9-12th March. Place was really quiet and lovely. The hotel staff were super friendly and the food was great. Great location for the beach if thats your thing, about 200m away, close to shops and restaurants and if like me, cycling is your thing, then its THE perfect location for all the great rides. Would definitely stay again
