I'll definitely be back if I visit Bangkok again! For those looking for a hotel with a good balance of location, cleanliness, and service without paying a premium—Khaosan Palace could be a very good choice.

If you don't have nothing against loud music in the night time, we recommend this hotel for short or long stay in Bangkok ☺.

The lights were off so my room was dim hehe for a strategic location, out of the hotel there was a pub, cafe, street food and it was also close to small ports so I could take a boat around Bangkok 😁. Please can the hotel include a WA number that can be contacted. I so I can confirm my order. So far so good

Too noisy, music played loudly until 3-4am, making it impossible for me to sleep. The room is smelly, there is no toothbrush, no comb, no slippers, no makeup mirror, the last day I was there the toilet was broken. I will never return to this hotel again.

Fun even though it's noisy. My wife was possessed by room 312. There was a Thai Kunti demon. hahahaha

Stayed here for just a night to catch an early morning bus. Did the job. But if you're looking for a quiet, restful night, this is definitely not the place for you.

Hotel bagus, kamar bersih, fasilitas lengkap dan area yang bagus, dekat dengan kedai makanan/minuman juga dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan serta staff hotel yang baik dan ramah.

The hotel was best for the one who looking for drink. In the area has a lot of bar with DJ and dancer.

The hotel is next to Khao San Road, good, easy to walk, eat, walk, shop, but the bed is not that big.

Khu phố trung tâm phù hợp với người thích vui chơi về đêm, ồn ào đến gần sáng, tuy nhiên thuận tiện đi lại. Phòng khách sạn bé, bí và không có cửa sổ. Nếu đi lại nhiều chỉ cần chỗ ngủ thì được.

หมอนเเข็งมาก ต้องขอหมอนใบใหม่ ห้องเเคบกว่าในรูปเยอะ ห้องริมสุดทางเดินติดกับห้องเก็บอุปกรณ์ของ พนักงาน ตอนเช้า พนักงาน มาเอาของเสียงดังมาก

The location is nice. The room is clean. The staff are appeoachable.

Rất tiện lợi....không dành cho người thích yên tĩnh, vì khách sạn nằm ngay đường khaosan họ chơi nhạc đến 4h sáng.

The service of the staff is enthusiastic, the restrooms are thorough & clean, the elevator should instead of the system close itself too quickly. If possible, the tiles of each room should be lined with imitation wood tiles.
