A very clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent customer service on a very busy night and the room was very nice. The food in the evening and breakfast had great healthy choices too. Will definitely go back

On arrival at the Hawk Inn I was greeted in a very polite and friendly manner. Booking in was extremely simple, I love the express booking in before arrival. My room was lovely, clean, warm and comfortable. Nice touches such as mini fridge for drinking water and some fresh milk instead of little milk jiggers. And delicious homemade shortbread instead of plastic wrapped mini selection. There was also a nespresso machine in case you didn’t fancy the instant type plus tea bags. Bathroom had a great shower with some very nice soap etc. Towels, lovely and thick, bliss. Breakfast is an option that I would recommend. Full English to Shakushka, great continental range of pastry, all served by an extremely pleasant and helpful server. Checkout was a breeze. I have nothing but praise for all the team members, and would love to stay there again.

All the staff gave an amazing customer service. It was a very welcoming, friendly and warm atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I cannot fault it in any way.

Lovely spacious room/suite. Nice coffee maker and shower. Great accommodating pet dog. Just couldnt work out how to use the TV ! I was too tired to ask!

Great room.

Shower soap bottle was almost empty - shouldn't be a customer finding it out. Loud music from the ground floor - possibly from the kitchen area. Asked to turn the volume down and the noise didn't go down.

Amazing place to stay, beautiful location, superb food and outstanding customer service. The only thing that lets it down is the constant slamming of doors by other guests (intentionally or not) and its very LOUD! Being an older building It literally resonates thoughout your room and is very disruptive, especially if you want an early night. Other than that we had a great stay!

I was only there for 1 night. But the staff were great. Friendly and attentive. Beer was good, as well as the breakfast.

Nice room, could use a little attention but nice to have a back door convenient to car park. The staff were all friendly and wonderful. In a nice quiet area (residential) Food was great.

beautiful location near Stonehenge. lovely dining with outdoor seating. Staff are friendly and attentive. Room was warm on a summer night, and very cozy. The inn had some condition issues like peeling wall paper, but was clean and comfortable

Nice inn. Windows need repair/upgrade - bit old & basic. Check in needs improvement: no dedicated check in desk so you have to queue for ages at the pub counter with people queuing for pints.

Really enjoyed our 2 nights here. Room was comfy and well equipped. Clean bathroom with bath and great shower overhead. Staff were friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere and beautiful outside areas. We watched owls and deer as we enjoyed an evening drink overlooking the view.
