The decoration of the rooms is beautiful, everything was perfect clean. It is not far from the train station and also from Nancy Thermal.

There's little to no parking around the hotel. The street noise is busy until late night. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The onsite parking is a complete lie. Cars parked all over the sidewalks in front of buildings. We could not even find a place to park so we could check-in. To late to cancel but we choose to move on to another location.

Room was small but the beds and pillows were ok for us . Has good shutters - not noisy has an extra wc The bathrm was nicely remodeled, Airco worked well. Price was good. Actual parking was some other site and it’s $19/nite but parking on the street was free from 6am to 10Pm in the weekend at least. Unfortunately not too many places to eat are nearby and you would have to walk about 10 min to the center.

La Residence is clean and comfortable. We were a bit disappointed the hotel was located a distance from the old historic town and plaza, but then we figured how to use the tram, which stops just outside the hotel. Breakfasts were good.

Nice and comfortable room for 4. Large bathroom with shower and bathroom very convenient for 4 guests Separated toilet. Very quiet environment with view on a small garden/terrace. The hotel offers a garage underground (300m for there). Good breakfast but very busy on Saturday morning at 9 o’clock. The lady was alone and had difficulties to cope with the service. I will definitely recommend this hotel nearby Artem and not to far from city centre (25min walk)

Nancy is a beautiful city.

The hotel staff were amazingly friendly! Internet was being upgraded when we arrived, was very fast (once it was done) Good location with Tram access nearby as well. Overall was a good stay

The friendliness of the staff could not overcome the fact that this is an hotel on a noisy street without enough guest parking.

Everything was great but for august it was needed.we had to leave the balcony opened and the street was noisy

Very friendly host, anxious to help in anyway possible. Very convenient location, only about 10 minutes from main train station - we walked to the hotel in about 15 minutes. Excellent breakfast, a great variety of entries. Room was spotless and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there, again.

The reception closes early, we were there on a Saturday night and arrived before 7pm and said we would shortly being going out to dinner. The lady said the reception would be closing very shortly and gave us a code to get in. We walked about ten minutes into Nancy and nothing was open! only one very upmarket restaurant? Nancy was very disappointing.

The hotel is extremely charming! Only a 10 minute walk from the train and a tram ride to Place Stanislas. The reception is very friendly but be aware that only a few of the staff speak English. I was lucky to be staying with a family in Nancy who interpreted for me when I arrived. My room was next to the elevator and mostly quiet, except for rushing water in the loud pipes. This woke me up several times. My favorite part was the breakfast...it is worth the 9 euros. You get a large selection of bread, applesauce, yogurt and cheese. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend it highly.

This hotel seems to be on a high street in a residential area. So we had about a 20 minute walk to get to the downtown squares and sights. It was a nice turn of the century building, well maintained. Our room opened onto the garden below, which was lovely. There is a street car line right out front, so the street side rooms might be noisy if you need the windows opened. The breakfast was nice and the staff helpful and friendly. They even have a lift, which was nice for the baggage.
