Location is good

Overall, the Hotel is a bit tired and could do with renovating. Room was fine, internet is terrible and by the main road where drag races happened every night between 12 and 3 am. Gym facilities excellent and good selection of foods.

Really superb hotel from which to enjoy Riyadh. Room had everything you need. Pool, sauna and gym excellent, clean and modern. Everyone speaks very good english. Nice breakfast beffet. Great local area to explore. Go right out of hotel to Olaya mall a short distance away. Go left and there's a multitude of coffee shops. Had 2 nice dinners at Allo Beirut in same direction on hotel side of road. Don't be intimidated by culture if from West. Embrace Saudi Arabia and it will embrace you. From Canada and loved the vibrant and welcoming city and this lovely hotel.

This is an older hotel with really nice rooms and although a bit dated, luxurious. The location is great, the staff friendly, and the breakfast good. It could use some better maintenance and a remodel. The one thing that just is awful about it is the WiFi. The Internet is effectively unusable. Cell coverage is also not good. I talked to their IT guy, but he did not understand concepts like WiFI channel spacing and interference, which are a big part of their coverage problem, along with obsolete Aruba access points. For a business hotel, not having functioning WiFi is disqualifying. Avoid until it is fixed.

Good stay

Staff in the property are friendly and approachable, the are outside of the hotel is good and there are plenty of eateries if you know where to look. My only negative was the wifi in the hotel, if you are there for work, the wifi signal is very poor meaning that connectivity is very limited. Overall my stay was a pleasant one and would go back again.

Decent enough stay in heart of Riyadh. Perhaps a lower standard than some other global hotel chains but adequate for a couple of nights. Close by to plenty of restaurants and lounges

Decent hotel, good service. Avoid the rooms without any exterior windows or doors.

Large rooms. Internet service in the hotel is very bad. Old furniture

The location is very good for business trips , the business area on M level is excellent
