Despite warm weather the air conditioning was turned off for the season. Only way to cool and ventilate the room at night is to open windows. Like most European hotels the windows do not have screens, so mosquitoes quickly fill the room. Room furniture is minimal and dated. Bathroom shower is too small and generally substandard. Bottom line: hotel is adequate but not 4 star caliber.

We were only there 1 night but the staff were lovely. They stayed open so we could have dinner and the breakfast was substantial.

This is the third time that we stayed at the Hotel. Always good service, and plenty of things to to in the area. Excellent continental breakfast, A/C was working great. Staff is always gentle and ready to help. Recommended.

We spent one night at Mariano IV Palace Hotel. The hotel has a glamorous exterior, but the rooms are a bit dated once you step inside, although they were clean. We encountered some difficulty during check-in as they seemed to have overlooked our Expedia request, which is understandable since we booked just an hour before arrival. The breakfast provided was average. The surrounding area is currently under construction, so it's advisable to avoid spending time nearby and instead explore other parts of the city.

Good location and very good service. Needs some refurbishing, but still pleasant and nice. I would recommend to stay here

The property is reasonably close to the station and town but is in need of modernisation. Good customer service.

The street that the hotel is on is populated by a multicultral/multirace community. The "feeling" was that of uncertinty of safety.

Plenty of pillows! Lovely staff served us breakfast. Nice spacious room. Walked to dinner next door and had a fabulous meal.

Great location, lovely staff and fab nice traditional hotel. We had a lovely balcony area outside overlooking the square which was brill. Breakfast was good too.

Town centre with cafés and bars just a few minutes walk and room was large. It was a bit noisy when we were there, there was some building work next door and the hotel is on the main road.

Charming hotel close to the action is Oristano - the restaurant inside is great!
