Un hotel muy limpio y cómodo. El personal muy amable en todo momento. Se puede caminar a restaurantes y pequeñas tiendas, pues está en el centro de la ciudad. Edificios de gobierno y culturales también están a una distancia de caminada. Para ir un poco más lejos, nosotros utilizamos Uber, muy conveniente para no tener que manejar, y dejábamos el coche seguro en el hotel. Volveremos a este hotel cuando estemos en Cd. Victoria. Muy recomendable.

Whenever we go through Victoria City we stay at the Everest. It has parking on the premises, the rooms with balcony overlooking the plaza are lovely. All amenities are good. Nice breakfast in the morning, complementary coffee throughout the day....It's our go-to!

Definitivamente lo recomiendo! El personal muy amable, desayuno muy rico, estacionamiento accesible, y siempre hay alguien cuidando afuera del hotel. Muy buen servicio.

Great place in the middle of down town with lots of restaurants and stores to shop. The only bad thing No hot water so we couldn’t take a shower water was too cold ! Breakfast was included and really good they cook in front of you any way you want eggs and lots of other hot breakfast delicious after driving 15 hours

The hotel is in front the plaza and if you have a room with balcony it is beautiful the view, the service was very good, everybody was very polite. The valet parking was very careful with my truck. The room was ok, nothing impressive but it was clean, comfortable and had a great view. The breakfast was deliciuos and they even have a chef cooking for you however you like your eggs. The only complaint that i have it is that i did not receive my free drinks that it was promise in the app as VIP member.

Everything was good. Only complaint will be the room ac wasn't as cold and the pool cool be a bit cleaner.

Nice place in the heart of the town

Didn't get the room i had booked !!! I booked a king bed with balcony, and they wanted to give me a king with out the balcony , or i had to take a room with ,2 full beds to keep the balcony

The property was conveniently located downtown. It faces a plaza in which I enjoyed sitting and walking when I needed some relaxing time. It is very close to local markets where I was able to find good shopping deals and tasty food. It did not have a room for disabled people but we were able to make it work. The representatives were friendly, alert, and trustworthy. From the guys working valet to the front desk staff and housekeeping representatives were all welcoming with a smile. I forgot my passport and called the office and they immediately went to my prior room and found it. I appreciate them taking immediate action. I will definitely stay here upon my return.
