This accommodation is very well located because it is very close for access to town and access to the national Park. Because of Service, once you get there, you can just park your car and use that to go back-and-forth. The setting is very beautiful built into the hillside.

No beach towels available for nearly whole stay Significant delays with any room service or pool orders using QR code system Very difficult to get rooms cleaned around baby sleep schedule Nice property, great location and really nice staff but would recommend avoiding until these service related issues are fixed.

Disappointed with my stay at Peppers. Pictures on Expedia didn't reflect actual experience and the room amenities were very basic. My remote control for the tv was taped in sticky tape to hold the batteries in but I still had to hold them down to operate, poor quality hair dryer, the iron / ironing board was shedding dust flakes and the room smelt like eucalyptus to hide a damp smell. On the flipside the shower worked well, and the bed was really comfortable.

Fantastic staff - very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately our room was possibly the worst in the resort. Second level “Pacific” with a view of bitumen and the reception area. The outdoor dining space (only place to eat) was unusable due to traffic, pedestrians, noise from cars, delivery trucks and golf buggies. All at eye level with families driving/walking past. Rooms higher up might be amazing but we needed all blinds down all day and night- felt like a prison cell. Special mention to the Ford F-whatever truck that parked 50cm from the apartment and idled for 30 minutes from 7am. Best wake-up call ever!

Staff were very friendly. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired, we had to contact reception on several occasions asking for replenishment of towels, toilet paper, laundry powder etc. even after the daily housekeeping was completed. There was also a period of 3 days that pool towels were unavailable, which made it quite inconvenient. You do expect a little more when paying over $1000/night.

Large 1 bedroom apartment with everything you need. The resort has a buggy to take you down to Hastings St and back if you don’t want to walk. The buffet breakfast is amazing. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. Would thoroughly recommend and definitely be back soon!

Staff and service are incredible, nothing is too hard. Some families starting to be dated appliances were not working and needed repair multiple times, but when the staff came through they were incredible fixed everything with a smile, genuine authentic care and service

I’ve never given a negative review before, but this was not worth the price and an actual health hazard. It is the most disappointing stay I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in hostels cleaner than this. When we arrived at the room the floors were so slippery we couldn’t walk on them. We tried cleaning them with the towels and hot water but could not get the slippery substance off. We ended up calling reception who sent housekeeping to fix it. The girl was so lovely and did her best to get the substance off but took a lot of boiling water and scrubbing. She was struggling to walk on it even with her joggers on. The whole appartment stunk of mould. The carpets, lounge, cushions, bed heads, walls. I didn’t sleep a minute all night and could barely breathe from the mould. I ended up sleeping on the tiles on the bathroom floor to get away from the mould smell. My mum slept outside on the sun bed (we were away for her 60th bday and I am heavily pregnant). The beds were like laying on concrete and pillows to match, hence the bathroom floor and outdoor sun bed weren’t much of a downgrade. Not much phases us when travelling but when you are paying these prices I was genuinely shocked at the lack of hygiene. No one should have to sleep in mould. The staff were friendly and facilities (pool, breakfast) nice enough. Buggy service was great. We unfortunately will not be back after this experience.

Was great to be in such a nice resort so close to the main strip, was even better that there was a golf cart to take you up and down the hill to town!

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which had 2 balconies and a well equipped kitchen. We had a sea view in the distance as it is about a 10 min walk downhill to Hastings St (and uphill on the way back). They offer a buggy service to help those who need it. The room was good however the cleanliness could be improved. There were dirty plates and cutlery and the windows were covered in smudges of handprints. There is a smallish resort pool and steam room however the pool bar wasn't open for the 2 days we were there even though we were there in the promoted opening hours.
