This hotel has a management problem. Our room was good - spacious, with a nice balcony, although the bathroom was depressingly institutional. Towels, sheets and mattresses all fine, though they are very sparing with pillows. There is something disorganized about food service, both in the restaurant and in room service. In the restaurant there's a nice balcony with lots of tables and for some reason no table service. The seating is less than pristine, with some seating actually physically dangerous. It needs to be re-thought. Each time we ordered room service we were asked whether we'd pay in cash or by card. They seemed baffled by the idea of charging to the room, and indeed we had to go down to the front desk and put a specific number of Euros on the account - money it will take days for them to reimburse. Even then, room service didn't get it. And there is apparently no system that let's room service know what room we're in. Major issue? No. But it goes to the general not-quite-ready-for-the-big-time feel of the place. A good hotel that needs some procedures established and some training in those procedures.

Amazing breakfast, very well done. Only downfall is It is a little outdated in hallways and rooms.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful and a decent brrakfast was also included in our rate. The beds were very comfortable and house keeping staff were also great. Fantastic service all round. We were attending a dance competition with some very early starts, so a take away breakfast option would be great. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous hotel, easy access to paid car parking, couple shops, Dunnes stores, Starbucks, cafes downstairs. The tram stops at the front door, so easy to get into city centre. Room was very comfy, spotless! Would recommend staying again. We were checked in and out by Lucas who was very friendly and informative.

Hotel met our expectations. The rooms were spacious & well appointed. Breakfast was of a good standard with plenty of choice. Located beside 3Arena which was convenient for attending a show. The Luas transport stop was outside the hotel which made travel to city centre easy.

A modern new hotel with spacious rooms in a good location within walking distance of central Dublin with a tram at the front door to the central city.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel spotless and very convenient to the 3 Arena and to the city with the Luas straight outside the door. Car parking available at a reduced rate while staying at the hotel. Food was amazing for dinner and a wide range of breakfasts to choose from. Super cocktails too. Could not fault this hotel on any level. Superb.

Great if going to 3arena or Aviva stadium. Great bar staff and easy quick check in. The rooms were bigger than I expected. Would stay again.

The room was very hot and the AC was not very responsive. The bed only had a thick duvet, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. We had to ask twice for a simple top sheet so we were not sweating through the entire night.
