Absolutely perfect lovely attention to detail as I only mentioned in passing it was my partner’s birthday and they did a lovely birthday desert much appreciated

Clean, modern room, very comfortable with a fabulous view of the grounds. Staff were very helpful and the open areas of the hotel were warm and welcoming.

We visit every Christmas and the condition of the hotel gets better and better each visit. So good to see a property being invested in and maintained. The rooms, staff, food and bar are really excellent. Only very minor gripe - some smoked salmon at breakfast would be nice.

The Hotel was presented well on the drive up to the carpark, well maintained and clean, The entrance to the reception area was lovely, Christmas trees and plants a very nice touch. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, a smooth check in. We got upgraded to a larger newly decorated room, which was spacious and clean, two negatives the bed was very hard for us , only our preference. The next was the room had a extraction system in it that ran all night which disrupt your sleep. Unfortunately for us it also had a fan on the wall outside the window,so had sleep with windows shut. We had a meal in the Elements restaurant which was lovely and the staff looked after us well. The cocktail bar was fantastic with a musician George playing the piano beautifully, even played us a song for being newly weds. The pool area is great, but it would of been nice to have a couple of loungers around it. We treated ourselves to a spa day which was special, we had the weather on our side, and it wasnt to cold. The treatment was relaxing and professionally done. Overall the hotel and grounds are very special, and we look forward to staying again.

Room was nice and clean. Some weird things like no power ports near the bed. Just one USB in one bedside lamp. The other side has zero power options. Also, its not great having to leave the hotel to walk to courtyard suites. Come rain or shine, you need to have a coat and possibly an umbrella which does remove the convenience of a hotel. So lovely hotel but does feel more like a holiday park when you have to traipse around outside to find your room.

Love this place. Staff, the pool, food. It’s all great. You can’t not love this place.

Breakfast was amazing. Room spacious and clean. Great facilities with helpful, friendly staff.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, staff were amazing with our toddler (they even called the room when we left his dummy in reception and brought it up for us). Nothing was too much trouble. Dinner at the brasserie was fantastic and breakfast was too. Would definitely stay again without the toddler to use the spa!

Its a high quality hotel with everything available to make your stay amazing. No wonder many people use this as a wedding venue. Fabulous and i woul definitely retuen in the future!!

A wonderful 4 night stay at this lovely hotel. All staff very friendly and welcoming, our twin double bed room was very spacious and obviously newly refurbished. Nice to have a fridge in the room, which was restocked daily with bottled water and fresh local milk in little bottles. Breakfast was plentiful with all tastes catered for. We used the Carden Spa, my treatment with Marcella was top notch and the whole spa is fabulous. Our daughter enjoyed many onsite activities including Vertigo, Zip Wire & Segway. The only criticism and I’m being very picky is that the pillows on the beds were high (beds very comfortable though!) but I find this in a lot of hotels I’ve stayed in. A throughly enjoyable stay, we will be back!
