Staff have a bad attitude towards customers. We wanted to change Korean currency to Vietnamese currency, but the hotel only exchanged dollars. When we asked why they didn't leave a note to only exchange dollars, she told us to look it up ourselves first and ask the booking side. !! The hotel was really nice and we wanted to come back next time but after this morning's experience and her terrible behavior I think I will never come back here again. 🤦🤦

The accommodation is peaceful, beach is nice. Would recommend to go during summer not rainy season. The waves will be quite strong and loud. Other than would be best if they have a bidet.

Poor service! No receptionist at the counter, first coming will not know where to check in. The facility is too old, tv remote did not work, tv channel is miserable! Welcome fruit is not fresh! Somewhat dirty! No extra activities! We were not welcomed there!

I really like this resort, and stayed at this resort 8 years ago. This time you want to return to the resort to remember the old days, but everything at this resort deteriorated so fast, everything was like no one was taking care of.
