Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is well located in Cusco with a lot of restaurants around it or with a short walk. Very close to the airport as well. If you have an early tour they provide with a to go breakfast. Wifi is good.

Lovely hotel

I have been to Cusco twice and this hotel was the best. The location is amazing and only a few steps to the main square. The breakfast is good and the room is spacious and clean. Hot water is good which is very rare in Cusco. Stay here, don't look elsewhere. Don't stay in Airbnb apartments, they don't have hot water or not warm enough for you to take a shower. You're welcome
