Extremely friendly staff, helped to find restaurant and map. Breakfast good value and tea leaf tea! One member of staff dusting the windows at 22:30. Did I say very good value?

Unfortunately this is the worst Kyriad we have stayed in. It is very tired and needs a lot of work doing to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con wouldn’t work, and it was very warm in the room but unfortunately noisy with the window open, which we had to endure, no kettle, not enough towels. The rooms are very noisy, with I’m guessing, limited soundproofing. The hairdryer however was one of the best I have used in a hotel. The reception and breakfast areas are pleasant. Very limited menu in the restaurant. The staff were friendly.

It was a handy campanile but we discovered when we got there that is was about to be refurbished. So there was no tea or coffee in the room and fittings were a bit tired. Nonetheless the staff were so kind and helpful so provided us with plenty of tea and coffee.

Convenient parking and a short walk to the canal pathway. The trout dinner was surprisingly good.

Hotel is in a good location, right off the highway and close to the center of Roanne. The staff was great and check in was pretty easy. The room was quite small, looked worn, and vaguely smelled of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. The breakfast spread was quite good and the dinner was okay. WiFi was spotty and there are only a few plugs. Parking was pretty easy and plentiful.

Had a great time in Rosanne. Lots of things to see and do. Car a necessity. Hotel great for what we wanted and food very good. Only down side was the lack of a fridge in he room. Would definitely recommend and use again

Easy walk to centre. Convenient for major road onwards.

We were in the area for a specific trip to Maison Troisgros, and needed a place to stay that was less expensive (Troisgros is very pricey). We chose this place, which ended up being pretty inconvenient because cabs are rarely available and no bus lines go directly between the train station in Roanne to this hotel. We ended up walking with our luggage. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, but sadly the hotel itself is nothing to write home about. If you're just doing a day trip to Roanne, this place will do the job, just don't expect it to be easy to get anywhere to or from this location.
